Why we built this
Most second-hand stores price items from experience and online listing prices. Repair costs, fees and the time cash sits in stock often go uncounted, so stores do not know their true profit or which units lose money.
We believe the prices a store actually sells at are the most valuable data it has. So the system starts by recording every transaction correctly, with no editing after the fact, and then uses that data to help estimate prices and flag risks.
Our principles
- Store data belongs to the store — Other stores cannot see your customers, purchase prices or profit, and the owner can export all data on every plan.
- Honest about the numbers — When there is not enough data, the system says so instead of showing a number that looks precise but has no basis.
- Legal review before launch — Features with specific legal requirements, such as pawn, open only after they pass review.
- Practical at the counter — Designed to be used one-handed on a phone while you talk with customers.
