Summary: the store owns its data. The system is a decision support tool, not a price guarantee. The store must use the system lawfully, and fees follow the plan selected.
1. The service
Resale Intelligence provides a system for stores that buy and sell second-hand goods, covering buying, selling, stock, repair jobs, reports, valuation and notifications, according to the plan the store selects.
2. Accounts and users
- The store owner is responsible for inviting users, assigning roles and revoking the access of staff who have left.
- Users must keep their passwords and two-factor authentication devices private.
3. The store's obligations
- Use the system for lawful business, including in compliance with the laws on second-hand dealing and buying second-hand goods.
- As the data controller of its customers' data, the store must inform customers of the purposes and obtain their consent where required.
- Verify the seller's identity and the origin of goods as required by law. The system helps keep records but does not carry out these duties on the store's behalf.
4. Valuations and insights
Expected prices, Safe Buy, risk and recommendations are estimates based on historical data to support decisions. They are not a guarantee of selling price, profit or the authenticity of goods. Decisions to buy and sell always rest with the store. The calculation method is published in Methodology
5. Transactions and records
Recorded financial transactions cannot be edited or deleted. Corrections are made by voiding with a reason, which creates reversal entries and an audit log record, so the store's figures can always be traced back.
6. Fees
- New stores can try every feature for 14 days without paying.
- Fees follow the plan and billing cycle selected. Prices exclude VAT. Invoices are issued in advance and are due within 7 days.
- If payment is not made within 7 days after the end of the billing cycle, the account moves to the free plan automatically. No data is deleted.
- You can cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Features not yet available
Features governed by specific laws, such as pawn, gold trading and transaction reporting under anti-money laundering law, will open only after legal review. Showing these features on the website is not a commitment to launch them on any particular date.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account that uses the system unlawfully or threatens the security of the system or of other stores, and we will tell you the reason. Any suspension by our team must state a reason and is logged.
9. Liability
We provide the service with professional care. Our liability to the store is limited to the fees the store paid in the 12 months before the event, unless the law provides otherwise.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law. If there are significant changes, we will notify the store owner at least 30 days before they take effect.
