What is Store Intelligence?

Store Intelligence is the list of things your shop should do today, drawn from your stock and sales: stock past its age limit, items without a price, prices below cost, overdue repairs and fast-selling models worth buying more of. Each item comes with a recommendation and the devices involved. It is included in Intelligence and Multi-Branch.

True profit, not just sale minus purchase

Every cost of a unit is recorded in a ledger that cannot be edited and used to calculate profit automatically.

True profit report per unit: total cost, revenue, net profit, margin, ROI and profit per day
  • Every cost counted

Purchase, repairs, batteries, parts, shipping, card/marketplace fees, promotions and commission

  • Margin, ROI, profit per day

Compare which units turn your cash over better, not just profit per item.

  • Write-off losses

Lost or damaged items are counted as losses, not hidden in stock.

Recommendations, not just reports

  • Aged stock

Cut the price by 10% or send to dealers/marketplaces, with a suggested price

  • Slow-moving

Cut the price by 5% and promote online before it becomes dead stock

  • Priced below cost

A warning before you sell at a loss by mistake

  • Concentrated capital

A warning when a single model ties up more than a third of your stock capital

  • Overdue repairs

Jobs older than 7 days are flagged for follow-up

  • Fast sellers

Models that sell within 2 weeks and are running low. Buy more below Safe Buy.

Frequently asked questions

How is true profit different from ordinary profit?

True profit deducts every cost of that unit, such as repairs, batteries, parts, shipping and card fees, not just the sell price minus the purchase price.

How does the system know which items are not selling?

The system counts stock age from the date an item was received, in brackets of 0–15, 16–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days. Each store can set its own slow-moving and dead stock thresholds.

What does the system recommend?

For example: cutting prices on dead stock, pricing items that have no price yet, fixing prices below cost, following up overdue repairs, and fast-selling models worth buying more of, each with a list of the units involved.
