How long is the free trial? Do I need a card?

You can try every feature for 14 days without a card. When the trial ends, your store moves to the free plan automatically and all your data stays intact.
What are the free plan's limits?

Users: 2, branches: 1, purchases or sales: 60 a month, with stock, buying, selling and reports included. Safe Buy valuation and repairs start on Starter. Voids, returns and cash adjustments never count toward the limit.
How do we pay?

Pay monthly or yearly against the invoice in the app, by bank transfer or PromptPay.
Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices shown exclude 7% VAT, which the invoice lists separately.
How does annual billing work?

Pay for 10 months and use it for 12, which works out to 2 months free.
If we stop using it, can we take our data with us?

Yes. The store owner can export all store data as CSV files on every plan, even after the plan has expired.
