What is Expected Sell?
The price a device is expected to actually sell for: the weighted median of what your shop sold the same model and spec for, adjusted for condition grade, battery, official or grey import and the age of the data, and shown as a price range.
Also called: Expected sell price
What is Safe Buy?
The highest price you can pay and still keep the profit your shop set: Expected Sell minus expected repairs, selling fees, holding cost, a risk reserve and your minimum profit, rounded down to the nearest 100 baht.
Also called: Safe buy price
What is True profit?
The revenue actually received from a sale minus every cost of that device, such as the purchase price, repairs, battery, parts, shipping and fees. It is not simply the sale price minus the purchase price.
What is Days-to-Sell?
The number of days from when a device enters sellable stock until it sells. It shows which models turn cash over fastest and sets the expected selling time used for holding cost.
Also called: Time to sell
What is Sell-through?
The share of units sold compared with units sold plus units still in stock over the same period. The higher it is, the more easily that model sells.
Also called: Sell-through rate
What is Liquidity?
A 0–100 score for how easily a model sells, based on units sold in the last 90 days, selling speed, sell-through, stock already on hand and how much prices vary.
What is Aged stock?
Stock that has stayed on hand longer than your shop's limit (60 days by default), tying up cash. Items older than 30 days already count as slow-moving.
Also called: Dead stock
What is Holding cost?
The cost of cash tied up in a device while it waits to sell: Expected Sell × the monthly rate (1.5% by default) × the expected days to sell ÷ 30. Your shop can change the rate.
What is Risk reserve?
Money set aside for problems you could not spot or for falling market prices: 3% of Expected Sell by default, deducted before Safe Buy. Your shop can change it.
What is Confidence?
A 0–100% score for how much data supports an estimate, based on the weighted amount of data, how spread out the prices are, the share from the last 30 days and whether the data matches the exact spec or only the model.
What is Condition grade?
The five-level condition standard used when buying and when adjusting valuations: A Excellent condition, very few marks · B+ Minor marks, better than normal use · B Normal signs of use · C Clear cosmetic flaws, but main functions work · D Partly faulty / needs repair
What is IMEI?
The 15-digit number that identifies a mobile phone. Dial *#06# to show it; it must match the box and the SIM tray. Before buying, the system checks the number is valid and warns about devices still in stock or seen by your shop before.
Also called: International Mobile Equipment Identity
What is Capital tied up?
The total cost of stock that has not sold yet: cash your shop cannot use to buy new devices. The longer items stay, the more holding cost that capital carries.
What is Price Curve?
Five price points from 94% to 106% of Expected Sell, each with the days a device is expected to take to sell. It uses your shop's own sales once there are at least 6, otherwise it is marked as an estimate.
Also called: Price vs. time-to-sell curve
