It covers everything from before you pay for a purchase to the true profit after the sale, not just a record of what was sold.

    Record the seller and consent, scan or type the IMEI, and the system checks whether the device is already in stock or has passed through the shop.

Pawn shops: how this differs from general pawn software

The pawn contract part (interest, renewal, redemption, tickets) is something general pawn software already has. Ours opens once the rules are verified in the system. For now pawn shops can use buying and selling, stock and true profit.

How is this different from keeping records in a notebook or Excel?

A notebook or Excel records what has already happened. This system helps you decide before you pay: it works out Safe Buy from the prices your shop really sold at, ties repair costs and fees to each device, blocks duplicate devices by IMEI and flags stale stock every morning.

Buying and selling stay the same. What is added is picking the model and spec from a list, scanning or typing the IMEI and inspecting with a checklist, which starts every item as "normal" so you tap only the points with a problem.

Because it is a service with ongoing costs: servers, backups, security, product updates and support. If you stop paying, your shop's data can still be exported as files at any time.
