Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions stores ask most, with links to step-by-step guides.
General questions
Which plan do I need to read the Help Center?
expand_more
Anyone can read it, on any plan, on the website and in the system. When an article covers a feature of a higher plan, the top of the article says which plan it starts from.
Read more: How the system helps your store: a quick overview
Can I use the system on my phone and computer at the same time?
expand_more
Yes. You can sign in with the same account on several devices. The data is kept in the system, not on the device, so every device shows the same.
Read more: Signed-in devices and signing out everywhere
Why doesn't my menu look like the owner's?
expand_more
The menu follows each person's access, the features in the store's plan, and the features opened for the store. Someone without access to cost or cash won't see those menus or figures.
Read more: Store roles: what each can and cannot do
If I never change anything, which notifications do I get?
expand_more
Almost every topic you are allowed to receive is on under the bell from the start, except the daily summary, which is set to email. Some topics, such as a negative balance, also start with email on when the plan includes it.
Read more: Choose the notifications you get
Do report totals include voided documents?
expand_more
No. Report totals count completed documents only. Voided documents can still be seen on the transactions page and stay in the full store export with their reversals.
Read more: Report numbers don't match what you expect
Does imported data count toward the monthly transaction limit?
expand_more
No. Imported opening stock and past sales are not purchases or sales of that month. The limit counts only purchases, sales and trade-ins made in the system.
Read more: Import existing stock
Can I use the system without an internet connection?
expand_more
No. Every save needs the internet. If the connection drops during a transaction, wait until you are back online, then check the transactions page to see whether the last one was saved before doing it again.
Read more: The system is slow or not working
Where can I ask the team if the Help Center doesn't answer my question?
expand_more
Send the team a message from the contact page. If you saw an error page, include the reference code shown on it, and don't put customers' names, phone numbers or ID numbers in the message.
Read more: Contact the team with a reference code
Why do some articles say a feature is not open yet?
expand_more
Because that feature is still waiting to pass a condition before it opens, such as a legal or privacy review. These articles explain what to use instead, and they have no steps until the feature opens.
Read more: Pawn is not open yet
Which kinds of transactions can the system record today?
expand_more
Today you can record purchases, sales, trade-ins, returns, per-item costs and cash movements. Pawn, sale with right of redemption, consignment and dealer trading are not open yet.
Read more: Can I take goods on consignment?
Getting started
Do I need to install anything?
expand_more
No. Use it in the web browser on a phone, tablet or computer straight away. To open it from an icon on your screen, install it as an app from the browser menu.
Source page: How the system helps your store: a quick overview
Is the system suitable for pawn shops?
expand_more
Pawn shops can use buying, selling, stock and true profit now, but the pawn module is not available yet, and in the system a pawn is always a different type of transaction from a purchase.
Source page: How the system helps your store: a quick overview
I didn't get the verification email. What should I do?
expand_more
Check your spam folder, then tap resend on the verify-email page. If you typed the wrong email when signing up, sign out and sign up again with the right one.
Source page: Set up your store: sign up, store and first branch
Can I change the store name or business type later?
expand_more
Yes. Owners and store admins can change the store name, business type and contact details in store settings. The currency and time zone are fixed to baht and Thailand time.
Source page: Set up your store: sign up, store and first branch
Can I buy a laptop that has no IMEI?
expand_more
Yes. IMEI is required only for phones. For laptops, computers and other devices, enter the serial number instead.
Source page: Buy your first item: the short version
Can I sell without entering a customer?
expand_more
Yes, an ordinary sale doesn't need a customer. If you also take a trade-in on the same bill, you must record the customer with their ID, because that part is a purchase.
Source page: Sell your first item and print a receipt
Can staff use the owner's account?
expand_more
They shouldn't. Give each person their own account so the system records who did what and gives access by job. A shared account makes looking back impossible.
Source page: Invite staff and choose their role
An invitation expired. What now?
expand_more
Send a new invitation from the Team page to the same email; the old one is cancelled automatically. The staff member then opens the link in the new email.
Source page: Invite staff and choose their role
Does importing old stock change the cash balance?
expand_more
No. Imported stock is recorded only as item cost. Record the money the store really has as an opening balance separately.
Source page: Move from Excel to the system
Why isn't the stock import step ticked after I imported customers?
expand_more
That step is ticked only when a stock import finishes with at least one row. Customer or past-sales imports don't count.
Source page: The getting-started checklist on the overview
Is there an app in the App Store or Play Store?
expand_more
No. The system is a website you install on your home screen from the browser menu. It works like an app and is always up to date when you open it.
Source page: Install it as an app on your phone or computer (PWA)
Can I use it without internet?
expand_more
No. The system needs a connection to save anything. If the connection drops you see an offline page, and anything not yet saved isn't kept.
Source page: Install it as an app on your phone or computer (PWA)
Why can't I find Sell item on my phone?
expand_more
On a phone, Sell item is under the More button on the bottom bar, not on the bar itself. If it isn't under More either, your account can't sell.
Source page: Menus, shortcuts and search
Why can't I choose all branches?
expand_more
Your account is limited to some branches, so you see only yours. If you need every branch, ask the owner or a store admin to change it on the Team page.
Source page: Switch the store or branch you work in
Do I have to close the day in the system?
expand_more
There is no end-of-day close button; sales and balances update as soon as you save. At closing, count the drawer against the system and record any money taken to the bank.
Source page: Daily routine: from opening to closing
Why did dark mode reset on another device?
expand_more
The theme is remembered in each device's browser, not saved to your account. Choose the theme again on that device.
Source page: Change language (Thai/English) and dark mode
Buying and intake
Can I buy a phone that won't turn on?
expand_more
Yes, if you can read the IMEI from the box or SIM tray. Phones always need an IMEI. Mark the checks you can't do as “None/not checked”.
Source page: Buying a phone: the full process
Can I sell a device straight after buying it?
expand_more
It depends on the inspection. With every check normal or only minor flaws, it's ready to sell at once. A failed check or a weak battery sends it to awaiting repair.
Source page: Buying a phone: the full process
What if the laptop's spec isn't in the catalog?
expand_more
Send a request from the new-model request page. Don't pick a similar spec instead, because valuations and profit would be compared against the wrong spec.
Source page: Buying laptops and MacBooks: spec and serial number
Should I buy a MacBook enrolled in a company's MDM?
expand_more
No. The iCloud / Google / MDM unlock check is critical. If it fails, the system warns you not to accept the device, and it won't become ready to sell.
Source page: Buying laptops and MacBooks: spec and serial number
Do I have to enter the shutter count every time?
expand_more
It's optional, but worth entering. The system keeps the number with the inspection and shows it in the item's inspection history, which helps when you set the selling price.
Source page: Buy cameras, lenses and game consoles
Can I buy a console that is still signed in to the previous owner's account?
expand_more
You shouldn't. Being signed out of the previous owner's account is a critical check: if it fails, the system warns you not to buy, and the item won't become ready for sale.
Source page: Buy cameras, lenses and game consoles
Can I type model names in Thai?
expand_more
Yes. Thai spellings, common misspellings and shorthand such as ip15pm or s24u are converted to the catalog name for you.
Source page: Find a model and spec in the catalog (Thai works)
Can my shop add its own model names?
expand_more
No. Every shop uses the same catalog so prices for a model stay comparable. If a model is missing, send a request and the team reviews it.
Source page: Find a model and spec in the catalog (Thai works)
Do I need an app to scan an IMEI?
expand_more
No. The browser uses the camera directly when it supports barcode reading. If it doesn't, type or paste the IMEI instead.
Source page: Scan an IMEI with your phone camera
What if the scan picks up a number that isn't the IMEI?
expand_more
Boxes often carry several barcodes. Aim only at the one labelled IMEI and compare it with the *#06# screen. If it's wrong, clear it and scan again.
Source page: Scan an IMEI with your phone camera
Why can't I buy a device whose IMEI is already in stock?
expand_more
One device can only be in stock once. If the number matches a device you still hold, the system refuses, to stop double entries and devices of unclear origin.
Source page: Invalid IMEI or IMEI already in stock: what to do
A customer wants to sell back a device they bought from us. Can we buy it?
expand_more
Yes. The system shows that the device has passed through your shop before, with its old stock code, and you can buy it as usual.
Source page: Invalid IMEI or IMEI already in stock: what to do
Can I inspect a device again after repair?
expand_more
Yes. Use Inspect on the item page. Every inspection is kept in the history, and the latest one sets the grade and status.
Source page: Inspect with the checklist and set a grade
Why is a grade D device still ready to sell?
expand_more
Grade D makes the result conditional, but the status only moves to awaiting repair when a check failed or the battery is below the threshold.
Source page: Inspect with the checklist and set a grade
The owner forgot their iCloud password. Should I buy the phone?
expand_more
No, not until the owner can remove the lock. A locked device can't be resold, and the system won't let it become ready to sell.
Source page: Device locked to iCloud or Google: what to do
The owner unlocked the device after I bought it. What now?
expand_more
Open the item and inspect it again, marking the account unlock check as normal. If the other checks pass, it becomes ready to sell.
Source page: Device locked to iCloud or Google: what to do
How can I find a seller who has been in before?
expand_more
Type their full national ID or phone number, or part of their name or customer code. IDs and phones are encrypted, so they must be typed in full.
Source page: Record the seller and their national ID
Why must I tick consent before saving a new customer?
expand_more
The system won't save a new customer until the required consent box is ticked. Tell the customer the shop keeps their data for the transaction, then tick it.
Source page: Record the seller and their national ID
The approver isn't in the shop. Can I ask for approval later?
expand_more
Not for a purchase above the limit, because the customer is waiting. The approver must sign in at the counter, or the owner records the purchase.
Source page: Purchases above the limit need an approver
Why can't a manager with approval rights approve their own purchase?
expand_more
Segregation of duties means the person who records and the person who approves must differ. Only owners, or shops in solo mode, may approve their own.
Source page: Purchases above the limit need an approver
Can I buy the device while the team adds the model?
expand_more
Not yet. Purchases can only be recorded for catalog models. Don't pick a similar model instead, because valuations and per-model profit would be wrong.
Source page: Model missing? Request it for the catalog
If I'm unsure between two grades, which should I pick?
expand_more
Pick the lower grade. The valuation will be more cautious, which lowers the chance of paying too much.
Source page: Condition grades A, B+, B, C and D explained
Can my shop change the ownership declaration on the voucher?
expand_more
No. It is the system's standard wording and prints the same for every shop. For extra terms, write them in the purchase notes.
Source page: Purchase vouchers and the ownership declaration
Can I pay a seller by card?
expand_more
The main buttons are cash, transfer, PromptPay and cheque. Other methods can only be chosen as the second method when splitting.
Source page: Paying the seller: cash, transfer or PromptPay
Do I have to enter battery health if I don't know it?
expand_more
No, you can leave it empty. Entering it makes the inspection result and the valuation closer to reality.
Source page: Record battery health
Valuation and Safe Buy
Can our Safe Buy differ from another shop's?
expand_more
Yes. Safe Buy uses the prices your shop actually sold at and the minimum profit and costs your shop set, so shops with different prices see different numbers.
Source page: Check Safe Buy before you buy
Can I save a valuation without buying the device?
expand_more
Yes. On the valuation page, tap Save valuation. The model, condition, your offer and the result are kept, and nothing is bought or paid.
Source page: Check Safe Buy before you buy
Does low confidence mean the price is wrong?
expand_more
Not necessarily. It means little data supports it, so the real price could differ a lot. Look at the range and use your shop's experience too.
Source page: Reading a valuation: range, confidence, liquidity, risk
Why is the risk high when my price is below Safe Buy?
expand_more
Risk looks at more than price: grade, battery, liquidity, stock on hand, model age and the device's history. Read the reasons under the score to see why.
Source page: Reading a valuation: range, confidence, liquidity, risk
Can different storage sizes of the same model share data?
expand_more
No. Valuations use data for exactly the same spec, because storage changes the price. Different grades and batteries still count, as the system adjusts for them.
Source page: Why the system says there isn't enough data
How much data does the system need before it values a device?
expand_more
One real sale of that spec is enough to start. With listing prices only, you need several. The message in the valuation panel tells you what to add.
Source page: Why the system says there isn't enough data
Can a manager buy above Safe Buy and approve it themselves?
expand_more
No. Buying above Safe Buy always needs another approver, even if the buyer holds the permission. Only owners, or shops in solo mode, may approve their own.
Source page: Buying above Safe Buy: reason and approver
Why does the Price Curve say estimate?
expand_more
Your shop doesn't yet have enough real sales of that spec with known selling times, so a standard shape is used. As you sell more, your own data takes over.
Source page: Use the Price Curve to choose a selling price
Can I delete a price I recorded by mistake?
expand_more
No, but you can exclude it from calculations with a reason. The price is kept for the record and no longer used for valuations.
Source page: Record market, dealer and quoted prices
If I change the minimum profit, do old valuations change?
expand_more
No. Valuations saved with earlier documents keep the values used at the time. New values apply to the next valuation.
Source page: Set minimum profit, risk reserve and holding cost
Do imported past sales help valuations straight away?
expand_more
Yes, if they fall within the look-back period: they count as sale prices and selling times, with less weight than in-system sales. Older ones only show in reports.
Source page: A new shop with no sales history: valuations
What if a device sells for less than its valuation?
expand_more
Valuations are decision support, so this can happen. The real sale price is recorded and used next time. The owner may review the minimum profit or risk reserve.
Source page: Valuations support decisions; they aren't guarantees
On the free plan, will my sales help valuations later?
expand_more
Yes. Real sale and purchase prices are recorded every time, even without valuation. After upgrading, data within the look-back period is used straight away.
Source page: Which plans include valuation
Stock and item costs
Why can't I find a device by part of its IMEI?
expand_more
IMEIs and serial numbers are stored encrypted, so only the full number can be matched. If you only know part of it, search by stock code or model name.
Source page: View stock: filter by status, sort by age, pick a branch
Can I see stock from every branch on one page?
expand_more
Yes, if your account covers every branch: choose all branches in the branch switcher and the page lists them all with a branch column. Otherwise you see one branch.
Source page: View stock: filter by status, sort by age, pick a branch
Why can't I set a device to sold by hand?
expand_more
Sold, written off and returned only change through documents, so money and costs are recorded properly. Sell it on the sale screen instead.
Source page: What each item status means
Can sales staff change the price on the bill?
expand_more
Yes. The target price is only the starting price on the bill, and staff can change each device's price before confirming. True profit uses the price actually received.
Source page: Set a selling price and use the suggested price
Why is there no Use suggested price button?
expand_more
It appears when your plan includes valuation, you may see valuations, the device is in stock and there's enough price data for that spec. Otherwise the system says so.
Source page: Set a selling price and use the suggested price
Can I add an expense after the device has been sold?
expand_more
No. Item expenses can only be added while the device is still in stock, so record each one as soon as you pay it.
Source page: Record per-item costs: repair, battery, parts, shipping
Where do I record costs that aren't for one device, like shop rent?
expand_more
Record them as money out on the cash and accounts page, not as an item expense, because they aren't the cost of any one device.
Source page: Record per-item costs: repair, battery, parts, shipping
What should I record when using an outside repairer?
expand_more
Enter the repairer's name when opening the job, and record each payment with the repair/parts cost button on that job. Shipping both ways can be recorded as shipping.
Source page: Send a device for repair and close the job
If I cancel a repair job, do its costs disappear?
expand_more
No. Costs already recorded stay as costs of the device. If one was wrong, void that expense document separately.
Source page: Send a device for repair and close the job
Does a device in repair still count towards stock age?
expand_more
Yes. Stock age counts every device the shop still holds, including those awaiting repair or in a branch transfer, because the money is still tied up in them.
Source page: Stock age: how slow-moving and dead stock are counted
I sent a transfer, so why can't the other branch sell the device?
expand_more
It's still in transit. The receiving branch must open the incoming tab, tick the devices that arrived and confirm. Then they're ready to sell.
Source page: Transfer stock between branches and receive it
Why does every write-off need an approver?
expand_more
A write-off takes a device out of stock with no money in. If one person could do it alone, it could hide unexplained losses, so a second person always confirms, except for owners or solo mode.
Source page: Write off damaged or lost stock
Can cashiers see the shop's profit?
expand_more
Not by default. The cashier role can't see costs or financial reports, but still sees selling prices and the expected profit of a purchase they're entering.
Source page: Why some people can't see costs and profit
Can I take a deposit when reserving?
expand_more
The system doesn't yet record deposits against a reservation. A reservation is only a status on the device.
Source page: Reserve an item for a customer
Why can't I reveal the IMEI?
expand_more
Your account doesn't have permission to see full IMEIs and serial numbers. Ask the owner or an admin to check your permissions on the team page.
Source page: Why IMEIs and serial numbers are partly hidden
Selling and receipts
Can I sell a device that is at another branch?
expand_more
No. You can only sell devices in the branch you're selling from. Transfer the device first, or sell it from the branch where it is.
Source page: Selling at the counter: the full process
Do I have to enter a customer for every sale?
expand_more
Not for a normal sale, but it's worth it so the receipt is in their name, which helps with warranty claims. Trade-ins always need a customer.
Source page: Selling at the counter: the full process
Can I enter the discount as a percentage?
expand_more
No. The bill discount takes an amount in baht. To give a percentage off, work out the baht amount first.
Source page: Sell several devices on one bill with a discount
Can a bill be split across more than two methods?
expand_more
Currently a bill splits across two methods. You can choose the method for each row, such as cash and transfer, or transfer and card.
Source page: Split payments and work out change
Why is there no change calculation when splitting a payment?
expand_more
Change is only worked out for a single cash payment. When splitting, enter the cash amount that actually goes into the drawer and give change as usual.
Source page: Split payments and work out change
Can the trade-in value be higher than the new device's price?
expand_more
Yes. The system shows that the shop pays the difference to the customer, and you choose how. The money leaves the shop's account for that method.
Source page: Take a trade-in during a sale
When can a traded-in device be resold?
expand_more
Just like a purchase: with normal checks it's ready to sell at once; a fault or weak battery sends it to awaiting repair. Its cost is the trade-in value.
Source page: Take a trade-in during a sale
Can I print an old receipt again?
expand_more
Yes. Open the document from the transactions page and tap Print document. You can reprint as often as you need, and each print is recorded.
Source page: Print an A4 or 80 mm receipt, and reprint
Can I print a receipt in English?
expand_more
Yes. Documents print in the language you're using. Switch to English before opening the print page, and switch back afterwards.
Source page: Print an A4 or 80 mm receipt, and reprint
Can a manager approve a cashier's discount at the counter?
expand_more
The discount cap has no approver box. Someone with the discount permission has to sign in with their own account and record that sale.
Source page: Discounts above the cap need permission
I forgot the card fee at the sale. Can I add it later?
expand_more
Sold devices can't take item expenses. For correct profit, void the bill and sell again with the fee, or record the fee as money out of the shop.
Source page: How card fees are split across devices
Can I give some devices a longer warranty than the default?
expand_more
The receipt's warranty period can't be changed in the system. If you give longer cover, write the terms in the sale's notes, which print on the receipt.
Source page: The shop warranty printed on receipts
Can I search for a bill by customer name?
expand_more
The transactions page searches by document number. Without it, find the device by IMEI on the stock page and read the sale document number in its timeline.
Source page: Find past bills and documents
Voids and returns
Can the owner delete a bill?
expand_more
No. Nobody can delete or edit a document that records money, including the owner. Everyone uses a void with a reason.
Source page: Why bills can't be deleted, and voids are used instead
Can I still see a voided document?
expand_more
Yes. It stays on the transactions page with a void label, who voided it, when and why, but reports leave its amounts out.
Source page: Why bills can't be deleted, and voids are used instead
After voiding a purchase, can the same IMEI be bought again?
expand_more
Yes. A voided device no longer counts as in stock, so you can buy it again with the same IMEI. The system shows it has passed through the shop before.
Source page: Void a document: steps and reason
I voided the wrong document. Can I undo it?
expand_more
No, a void can't be undone. Record that transaction again as a new document, and mention the old document number in the note.
Source page: Void a document: steps and reason
Can I give a partial refund?
expand_more
Yes. Lower the refund for each device; the part you keep stays as shop revenue. Write why you deducted it in the return reason.
Source page: Take back an item and refund the customer
The customer paid by card. Can I refund to the card?
expand_more
There's no refund-to-card option. Refund through a method your shop can actually use, such as transfer or cash, and choose it on the return.
Source page: Take back an item and refund the customer
Why does voiding my own bill need someone else's approval?
expand_more
So that no one can record a transaction and then erase their own trail. A second person confirms the void has a real reason.
Source page: When a void or refund needs a second person
I sold a device but forgot to record it. What now?
expand_more
Record the sale now. The document is dated the day you record it, the device leaves stock and the revenue is counted.
Source page: Recorded something wrong or sold at the wrong price?
Can I void opening stock documents one at a time?
expand_more
Yes, without an approver. But if the whole file was wrong, roll back the batch: it's one action, recorded with the batch, and restores customer details too.
Source page: Wrong import: roll back the batch instead of voiding
Cash and money accounts
Can I rename or close a money account?
expand_more
Not yet. Accounts can only be added, so give each one a clear name from the start, such as the bank name and account type.
Source page: Money accounts: cash drawer, bank and PromptPay
When a sale is paid by bank transfer, which bank account gets it?
expand_more
The store's main bank account: the one the system created automatically, or the first bank account the store added. Staff don't choose an account when selling.
Source page: Money accounts: cash drawer, bank and PromptPay
I recorded the opening balance twice by mistake. What do I do?
expand_more
Open the duplicate opening balance document and void it with a reason. The system writes the reversal and the balance drops by that amount.
Source page: Set the opening balance before you start
Can I back-date an opening balance?
expand_more
No. The entry is dated when you tap save, so record opening balances before the first transaction in the system.
Source page: Set the opening balance before you start
Where do I record shop rent and electricity?
expand_more
Record them as other expense on the cash screen, pick the account the money left, and write clear details. Repair or parts costs for an item go on that item's page instead.
Source page: Record money in and out outside buying and selling
The owner took cash from the drawer for personal use. How do I record it?
expand_more
Record a capital withdrawal from that cash drawer for the amount taken. The drawer balance will then match the cash left.
Source page: Record money in and out outside buying and selling
I deposited drawer cash at the bank. Do I need to record it?
expand_more
Yes. Record a transfer between accounts from the cash drawer to the bank account, otherwise the drawer shows more than it holds and the bank shows less.
Source page: Move money between store accounts
Can I pay out more than the drawer balance?
expand_more
Yes. The system doesn't block payments when the balance is low, because the recorded balance may be incomplete, but it shows the balance in red and warns money managers each morning until it is fixed.
Source page: Negative balance: causes and fixes
The drawer count doesn't match the system. What should I do?
expand_more
Look for the cause first, such as an unrecorded entry or a wrong payment method. If you can't find it, record the difference as other expense or other income and note it is a counting shortage or surplus.
Source page: Why you can't edit a balance directly
Customers and personal data
Why can't I find a customer by part of their phone number?
expand_more
Phone and national ID numbers are encrypted, so they can only be found when typed in full. If you don't remember the whole number, search by name or customer code.
Source page: Customers: add, find and view them
Can the same customer be added twice?
expand_more
Not with the same national ID number; the system shows the existing customer's code and name. Phone numbers can repeat, because people sometimes share one.
Source page: Customers: add, find and view them
A customer's ID card has expired. What should I do?
expand_more
The system changes the status to document expired by itself. Next time the customer comes in, check their new card and record the verification again with the new expiry date.
Source page: Customer identity verification (KYC)
Can I turn off the seller ID requirement?
expand_more
No. The system requires the seller's ID and there is no setting to switch it off, because recording the seller's identity is a duty of second-hand dealers.
Source page: Why buying needs the seller's ID number
Can a blocked customer still buy from the store?
expand_more
Yes. Do not transact stops purchases and trade-ins from that customer; selling to them still works as normal.
Source page: Customer risk levels and blocking
If a customer won't consent to an ID copy, can I still buy from them?
expand_more
Yes. Consent to an ID copy is separate from consent for transactions. The store still records the seller's ID number but keeps no copy or photo of the card.
Source page: PDPA consent by purpose
Why don't cashiers see the show full details button?
expand_more
The cashier role can't view sensitive data by default. If the job really needs it, an owner or store admin can add that permission for one person, who must then turn on 2FA.
Source page: Reveal a customer's full ID and contact details
A customer who once sold us a phone asks for deletion. Can we delete?
expand_more
Not everything. The store must keep purchase records and financial documents by law. Tell the customer what is kept and why.
Source page: Customers asking to see, correct or delete data
Reports and Store Intelligence
Why can't I see the true profit report?
expand_more
The true profit and cash flow reports open only for people allowed to view financial reports. Ask the owner to grant you that permission, or to move you to a role that has it.
Source page: Which reports there are and who can open them
Do reports count voided documents?
expand_more
No. Sales, purchase and profit reports count only completed documents. The cash flow report records the opposite payment on the day of the void, so the balance stays right.
Source page: Which reports there are and who can open them
How often does Store Intelligence recalculate?
expand_more
Results are kept for a few minutes so the screen opens fast, and the time they were calculated is shown at the top. Tap Update now to recalculate at once. Every morning the system also checks the whole shop again to send notifications.
Source page: Store Intelligence: what your shop should do today
Do plans without Store Intelligence still get warnings?
expand_more
Yes. The dashboard shows the Needs action section on every plan, and the morning notifications for dead stock, prices below cost, overdue repairs or transfers and negative balances go out on every plan. The full screen and the opportunity cards need a plan with Store Intelligence.
Source page: Store Intelligence: what your shop should do today
Does Store Intelligence use AI for its suggestions?
expand_more
No AI model is used. It applies rules that can be explained to your shop's real data, such as stock age, cost and the prices the system helps estimate. The suggestions support your decisions; they are not a guarantee.
Source page: Store Intelligence: what your shop should do today
Why is the profit in the report lower than I expected?
expand_more
Because the report deducts every cost of the unit, such as repairs, battery, parts, shipping and its share of card fees, not just the purchase price. See each cost on the item's page.
Source page: True profit report per unit
Are imported past sales in the profit report?
expand_more
Yes. The system uses the cost and sale price from the imported file and counts each sale on the sale date in the file.
Source page: True profit report per unit
I cut the price, so why is the dead stock card still there?
expand_more
Because the card counts stock age, not price. A device leaves the card when it is sold or written off. A lower price helps it sell sooner.
Source page: Dead and slow stock alerts: what to do
Does the dead stock card count devices in repair or in transfer?
expand_more
Yes. Every device the shop still owns is counted, including those waiting for inspection, in repair, reserved or being transferred, because the money is tied up all the same.
Source page: Dead and slow stock alerts: what to do
Why does it say below cost when my price is above what I paid?
expand_more
Because the system compares with the device's total cost, which includes repairs, parts, shipping, fees and any other recorded cost, not just the purchase price.
Source page: Price below cost: warnings before you sell at a loss
The market price is below cost. Should I sell right away?
expand_more
The system suggests considering a sale to recover the capital, because second-hand prices usually fall over time. The market price is an estimate from your shop's sales data, so check the device's real condition and decide yourself.
Source page: Price below cost: warnings before you sell at a loss
Why can't some staff see the price-below-cost card?
expand_more
Because the card reveals device cost, it shows only to members allowed to see cost. The owner can grant that permission to individual members.
Source page: Price below cost: warnings before you sell at a loss
Why can't my staff see the cash balance on the overview page?
expand_more
The cash balance shows only for people who manage the store's cash. Capital tied up and profit show only for people allowed to see costs and financial reports.
Source page: Reading the store overview page
Which branch do the overview figures belong to?
expand_more
The branch selected in the branch switcher. Choosing all branches shows the whole store. Members limited to some branches always see only their own.
Source page: Reading the store overview page
Why did yesterday's sales total go down by itself?
expand_more
Usually because someone voided one of yesterday's bills. The report counts only documents that are still completed. You can find voided documents on the Transactions page.
Source page: Daily sales and purchases reports
On which day are customer refunds counted?
expand_more
On the day of the return, not the day of the sale, so the total for the sale day does not change.
Source page: Daily sales and purchases reports
Why doesn't the cash flow balance match the cash in my drawer?
expand_more
The report adds up every account: cash, bank, PromptPay and card. Look at the drawer account alone on the Cash page, and check that opening balances and transfers between accounts are recorded.
Source page: Cash flow report: money in and out per day
I voided a bill. Why does that day still show the money coming in?
expand_more
The cash flow report never erases the original money. It records the opposite payment on the day of the void, so the balance from that day on is right.
Source page: Cash flow report: money in and out per day
How is the suggested price in the aged stock report worked out?
expand_more
For an unpriced item or one priced below cost, it is cost plus the store's minimum profit. For aged or slow items, it is a small cut from the list price, never below cost, rounded the way the store set.
Source page: Stock age and aged stock reports
Do items in repair count towards stock age?
expand_more
Yes. Stock age is counted from the date received for every item the store still owns, including items awaiting inspection, in repair, reserved or being transferred.
Source page: Stock age and aged stock reports
Is the value at list price the profit I will make?
expand_more
No. It is the sum of the prices the store set. Unpriced items are left out, and the price you actually get can be lower after haggling or markdowns.
Source page: Stock value and capital tied up report
What does P50 mean in the model performance report?
expand_more
It is the days to sell of the middle unit. If you line up every unit of that model from fastest to slowest sale, half sold faster than this and half slower.
Source page: Model performance and days-to-sell report
What does a high sell-through mean?
expand_more
Most units of that model have already sold and few are left in stock. It is a sign the model sells easily and you can buy more within Safe Buy.
Source page: Model performance and days-to-sell report
Why does exporting a report show the upgrade page?
expand_more
Report export is part of a higher plan. If the store's plan does not include it, the system shows the upgrade page instead. The owner can review plans under Settings → Plan.
Source page: Export reports to Excel or CSV
Why doesn't my exported file have the cost columns?
expand_more
The file holds only the columns you see on screen. If your account cannot view costs, the cost and profit columns are not in the file.
Source page: Export reports to Excel or CSV
Why do the owner's own actions appear in the self-approved report?
expand_more
Because the action normally needs a second person, but the store lets the owner approve their own. The system records it with the reason so it can be checked later.
Source page: Self-approved actions report
Why are some devices not compared with the market?
expand_more
The system compares only devices that are ready to sell or listed, have a list price, and have enough data for an estimate with sufficient confidence. If a model has too little data, it is skipped instead of guessed.
Source page: Prices vs market: too high, too low or not set
Is pricing below market a mistake?
expand_more
Not always. If you want to sell fast to free up cash, a lower price is fine. The card shows how much more you could ask while staying within the range that sells.
Source page: Prices vs market: too high, too low or not set
Why is a repair job I just updated still shown as overdue?
expand_more
The system counts days from when the job was opened, not from the last update. The card goes away once the job is closed as repaired or cancelled.
Source page: Overdue repair jobs and stalled branch transfers
I sent a transfer to the wrong branch. How do I fix it?
expand_more
Cancel the transfer for that device on the Outgoing tab of the transfers screen and give a reason. The device returns to the sending branch's stock, and you can then send it to the right branch.
Source page: Overdue repair jobs and stalled branch transfers
Is concentrated capital based on selling price or cost?
expand_more
It uses the total cost of the devices the shop still owns, not the list price, so the card shows only to members allowed to see cost.
Source page: Capital concentrated in one model: risk and actions
Why doesn't a model that sells well appear as a fast seller?
expand_more
The card shows only models that sell fast and are almost out of stock. If you still have several left, or it sells slower than the limit, the system does not suggest buying more. See every model in the model performance report.
Source page: Fast-selling models worth buying more of
Does the fast-seller card use other shops' data?
expand_more
No. It looks only at your own shop's real sales, so it reflects your customers, not the whole national market.
Source page: Fast-selling models worth buying more of
Why is a saved valuation counted above Safe Buy when nothing was bought?
expand_more
Because the card counts every saved valuation whose offer is above Safe Buy. Entries saved from the valuation screen carry a reason saying nothing was bought yet, so check the reasons before drawing conclusions.
Source page: Above-Safe-Buy offers: summary and review
Who is notified when an offer goes above Safe Buy?
expand_more
Members allowed to see financial reports, except the person who made it, are notified straight away every time. By default it goes in the app and by email when the plan includes email.
Source page: Above-Safe-Buy offers: summary and review
Who gets the credit in the staff performance report?
expand_more
The person who recorded the document, not the approver. If someone records work under another person's account, it counts for that account, so everyone should use their own.
Source page: Staff performance report
Notifications
Why does a colleague get some notifications that I don't?
expand_more
Each topic goes only to people allowed to see that information: cash topics to people who manage cash, cost topics to people who can see cost. Each person may also have switched some topics off in their own notification settings.
Source page: The notification bell and inbox
If I read a notification on my phone, does it show as read on my computer too?
expand_more
Yes. Read status is kept with your account in that store, not on the device, so every device shows the same.
Source page: The notification bell and inbox
Why is there a LINE box on the notification settings page that I can't tick?
expand_more
Because LINE notifications are not available yet; the box shows the feature is in development. There is no account to connect today, so use the bell or email instead.
Source page: LINE or SMS notifications: are they available?
Do notifications pop up on my phone screen?
expand_more
Not yet. Even when the system is installed as an app on your home screen, notifications appear only under the bell and by email.
Source page: LINE or SMS notifications: are they available?
Why have I never received the daily summary?
expand_more
Usually because the daily summary is set to email only by default and the store's plan does not include email notifications. Tick "In app" for the daily summary in your notification settings and save.
Source page: The morning summary
Do the owner and the staff get the same daily summary?
expand_more
Not necessarily. Each person's summary has only the topics they may see, so someone without access to cost or cash won't see those topics in theirs.
Source page: The morning summary
Can notification emails go to more than one address?
expand_more
Not yet. Each email goes to the address of one user account. If someone else needs them, invite them to the team and have them switch on email in their own notification settings.
Source page: Email notifications
I ticked email but get nothing. Why?
expand_more
Check that the store's plan includes email notifications; without it nothing is emailed even if ticked. Then look in your spam folder and check that you are allowed to receive that topic.
Source page: Email notifications
Can the owner switch off notifications for a staff member?
expand_more
No. Notification settings belong to each person, who changes them on their own settings page. Topics a staff member is not allowed to see never reach them anyway.
Source page: Choose the notifications you get
Team and permissions
What is the difference between a store admin and an owner?
expand_more
A store admin runs almost everything day to day, but can't change the plan, pricing controls or security settings, can't export all store data, and can't appoint owners or other admins.
Source page: Store roles: what each can and cannot do
Can cashiers see cost and profit?
expand_more
No. The cashier role doesn't include viewing cost and profit. If really needed, an owner or store admin can add that permission for one person.
Source page: Store roles: what each can and cannot do
Can I delete a staff member who left?
expand_more
No. Set their status to suspended instead. They can't get into the store any more, their name stays on past documents, and they no longer use a plan seat.
Source page: Change roles, suspend or remove staff
Why is there no Edit button on some rows?
expand_more
You can't edit your own access, and store admins can't edit owners, other admins, auditors or privacy officers. The owner has to do it.
Source page: Change roles, suspend or remove staff
Can a cashier void bills without changing their role?
expand_more
Yes. Open the individual permissions and allow the void permission. It is a sensitive permission, so that cashier must turn on 2FA, and voiding their own documents still needs a second person.
Source page: Adjust one person's permissions
Do branch-limited staff see other branches' customers?
expand_more
The customer list is store-wide, so they see it as their role allows, but they can't open other branches' documents, items or receipts.
Source page: Limit staff to certain branches
Can a manager approve their own action?
expand_more
No. The approver is always someone other than the person doing it, except owners, who may self-approve by default, and stores in solo mode; both must give a reason each time.
Source page: Why some tasks need a second person
Can someone approve without an authenticator app?
expand_more
No. The approver must have 2FA and enter the 6-digit code from their own app, which proves they are really there. They need to set up 2FA first.
Source page: Approve an action at the counter
My approval request expired. What now?
expand_more
Send a new request from the same record, or have an approver confirm at the counter. Requests nobody decides on expire so they don't pile up.
Source page: Send and decide approval requests
It was approved, so why isn't the document voided yet?
expand_more
Approval doesn't carry out the action. The person who sent the request must go back to the record and tap the confirm button; the system then does exactly what was approved.
Source page: Send and decide approval requests
Does solo mode let a cashier void bills?
expand_more
No. Solo mode only replaces the second person. The person doing the action still needs that permission, such as the void permission.
Source page: Solo mode: self-approval with a reason
Why can't store admins open the access review?
expand_more
Store admins grant access, so they shouldn't review it themselves. By default the page is for owners, auditors and privacy officers.
Source page: Review your team's access regularly
Can the owner delete the audit log?
expand_more
No. Nobody can edit or delete the audit log, the owner included. The database itself refuses changes, so the log can serve as evidence.
Source page: Audit log: who did what, and when
Can I hand the store to another owner?
expand_more
Yes. An owner can change another member's role to owner. If no owner can sign in any more, contact the support team to transfer ownership after a document check.
Source page: Tasks only the owner can do
A staff member was suspended after a long leave. What do I do?
expand_more
Open the Team page, tap Edit and set the status to active, then have the staff member sign in the same day.
Source page: Inactive staff accounts are suspended
Account and security
Which authenticator apps can I use?
expand_more
Any app that supports TOTP, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. The system doesn't send codes by SMS.
Source page: Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA)
Do I have to enter the 6-digit code every time?
expand_more
Each time you sign in, after your password. You don't enter it again while you stay signed in on that device.
Source page: Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA)
Do cashiers have to turn on 2FA?
expand_more
Not because of the role, unless the owner requires it for the whole store or that cashier was given a sensitive permission individually. Anyone who approves actions needs 2FA.
Source page: Who must use 2FA and how long they have
Can I see my old recovery codes again?
expand_more
No. Codes are shown only when they are created. If you lost them or are unsure, make a new set; every old code stops working at once.
Source page: 2FA recovery codes and changing phones
Can a store owner reset a staff member's 2FA?
expand_more
No. There is no button to reset someone else's 2FA. The owner contacts the support team and confirms who the staff member is; the team resets it and records the reset.
Source page: Lost your phone or locked out of 2FA
Does resetting my password remove 2FA?
expand_more
No. A password reset doesn't turn 2FA off; you still need the app code or a recovery code.
Source page: Lost your phone or locked out of 2FA
I didn't get the password reset email. What should I do?
expand_more
Check your spam folder, make sure you typed the email you signed up with, and wait a little before asking again, because reset emails per hour are limited.
Source page: Forgot your password: reset it by email
I forgot to sign out of the shop computer. What do I do?
expand_more
Open the Security page on your phone, find that computer in the signed-in devices list and tap Sign out. It will have to sign in again.
Source page: Signed-in devices and signing out everywhere
Why are owners signed out sooner than cashiers?
expand_more
Accounts with sensitive permissions, such as owners and managers, time out sooner when inactive, because someone using a device they left open could do more damage.
Source page: Why the system signed you out
Why does the export page ask for my password?
expand_more
Full store exports and report exports take a lot of data out of the system, so the system first confirms you are the account holder.
Source page: Why you are asked for your password again
Can the system's own team look at my store data?
expand_more
Support works mainly from the description and screenshots the store sends. If they must look inside a store, they ask the owner's permission first, and the access is recorded.
Source page: How your store data is separated and protected
Plan and billing
Which plans include Safe Buy valuation?
expand_more
Valuation starts on the Starter plan and is in every plan above it. During the trial every feature, including valuation, is available.
Source page: Choose the right plan for your store
Do I lose data when I change plan?
expand_more
No. All store data stays whether you upgrade or downgrade. Features outside the new plan are switched off and come back when you upgrade.
Source page: Choose the right plan for your store
Do I have to pay as soon as the trial ends?
expand_more
No. If you haven't chosen a paid plan, the store moves to the free plan automatically and keeps working. Features outside the free plan switch off, but all data stays.
Source page: Free trial and the free plan
Can I upload the transfer slip in the system?
expand_more
Not yet. Send proof of the transfer with the invoice number to the contact shown on the billing page; the team checks it and records the payment.
Source page: Pay for the service by bank transfer or PromptPay
Can I pay by credit card?
expand_more
There is no card payment in the system yet. Pay by bank transfer to the account on the invoice, or by PromptPay if it is shown on the billing page.
Source page: Pay for the service by bank transfer or PromptPay
How do I cancel my subscription?
expand_more
Choose the free plan on the billing page and confirm. The store is no longer billed, all data stays, and the full store export still works.
Source page: Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Does voiding a bill give the quota back?
expand_more
Yes. Voided documents don't count towards the quota, and the void itself doesn't either, so you can always void a wrong document even when the quota is full.
Source page: Monthly purchase and sale quota reached
When does the quota reset?
expand_more
It starts again on the 1st of each month, Thailand time, without you doing anything.
Source page: Monthly purchase and sale quota reached
Do suspended staff count as users?
expand_more
No. Only active team members and pending invitations count as plan users.
Source page: Can't add staff or branches: plan limit
Will my store data be deleted if I pay late?
expand_more
No. After the grace period the store moves to the free plan with all data kept, and you can return to a paid plan by paying a new invoice.
Source page: Overdue payment and the grace period
How much do I save by paying yearly?
expand_more
Paying yearly means paying for 10 months and using a full year, so 2 months are free. All prices exclude VAT.
Source page: Annual billing, VAT and billing documents
Why did the valuation menu disappear after the trial?
expand_more
The trial includes every feature. On the free plan, features it lacks, such as valuation, are hidden from the menu. Upgrade to keep using them.
Source page: This feature is in a higher plan
Store settings
If I change the store name, do old receipts change too?
expand_more
When you reprint an old receipt, the header uses the latest store details. The transaction details on it don't change.
Source page: Store details shown on documents and receipts
What happens to the stock when I close a branch?
expand_more
The stock stays in that branch, but a closed branch isn't offered for selling or as a transfer destination. Transfer the items out before closing it.
Source page: Add and manage branches
Does the system warn me when a licence is about to expire?
expand_more
The licences page labels licences that are expiring or expired. Check it regularly, and update the dates once renewed.
Source page: Record licences and their expiry dates
Can a manager change the purchase limit?
expand_more
No. The purchase limit and discount cap are the shop's controls, and only the owner can change them. Everyone else sees them read-only.
Source page: Buying and selling defaults
Can I set different thresholds per product type?
expand_more
Not currently. The thresholds apply to the whole shop: every branch and product type uses the same values.
Source page: Set the slow-moving and dead-stock thresholds
Can I stop owners from approving their own actions?
expand_more
Yes. Untick the option that lets owners approve their own actions and save with your password. Owners then need another approver like everyone else.
Source page: Store security and segregation-of-duties settings
Data import and export
Does importing stock change my cash balance?
expand_more
No. A stock import records only each device's cost, not a payment. Set your opening balance to the money you actually hold instead.
Source page: Import existing stock
Can I import old stock without knowing its receive date?
expand_more
Yes. Stock age then counts from the import date. If you know the real date, add it so slow-moving and aged-stock alerts are right.
Source page: Import existing stock
My stock list is longer than one file allows. What should I do?
expand_more
Split it into several files of up to 5,000 rows each and import them one batch at a time.
Source page: Import existing stock
Will customers already in the system be duplicated?
expand_more
Not when the ID number or phone matches: the existing customer is skipped or updated, as you chose. Rows with neither an ID number nor a phone can't be checked.
Source page: Import your customer list
My customer file has only names and phone numbers. Can I import it?
expand_more
Yes. Only a name is required. Fill in what you have and add more details on the customer page later.
Source page: Import your customer list
Why don't imported past sales appear in the daily sales report?
expand_more
No money came into the system for them. The daily sales report counts only sales, trade-ins and returns recorded in the system; past sales appear in the true profit and model performance reports.
Source page: Import past sales history
How far back should I import sales history?
expand_more
Recent sales help most, because valuation uses sold prices from the last 180 days by default. Older sales still help calculate selling times.
Source page: Import past sales history
Do I have to use the system's template?
expand_more
No. Use the Excel or CSV file you already have. The system guesses the column matches from the headings, and you can change them before checking the data.
Source page: Template files and column mapping
Why wasn't one of my columns matched automatically?
expand_more
Its heading doesn't match any word the system knows. Pick the column for that field yourself in the matching step.
Source page: Template files and column mapping
Are rows with warnings imported too?
expand_more
Yes. Warnings are there for you to check, for example a guessed model, a list price below cost or a device that has been through the shop before. To leave such a row out, fix the file and upload it as a new batch instead.
Source page: Fix rows with import problems
Why can't I download the problem rows any more?
expand_more
Row data kept from the file is deleted automatically once the 30-day rollback window after the import has passed. Use your own original file instead.
Source page: Fix rows with import problems
The rollback window has passed. How do I fix wrongly imported data?
expand_more
Void the opening-stock or sales-history document of each wrong device with a reason, then import that device again correctly. Voided documents stay for the audit trail.
Source page: Roll back an import
After a rollback, some rows say they could not be rolled back. What now?
expand_more
Read the message under the row. If the item has later records, void those first. If an approver is needed, ask the owner or someone who can approve to void that device's document.
Source page: Roll back an import
Can I import the full store export back in?
expand_more
It isn't designed to be imported back as a whole. Use it as a backup or to open in other software. To bring stock, customers or sales in, use the import page.
Source page: Export all your store data
Can staff export all store data?
expand_more
Not by default. Only the owner can, because the file holds full customer personal data. Staff who need figures can export a report instead, if they have permission.
Source page: Export all your store data
Why do some cells in an export start with an apostrophe?
expand_more
The system adds it before text that starts with = + - or @, so Excel doesn't treat it as a formula that could be used to attack your computer.
Source page: Open exported files safely in Excel
Troubleshooting
When will a model I requested show up in the search?
expand_more
Once the team has reviewed and added it, the decision shows on the model request page and the model can be found in the model search straight away. There is no fixed time.
Source page: Can't find a model in the catalog
Why does typing the colour or condition stop the model search finding anything?
expand_more
The search looks for models containing every word you type, and catalog model names have no colours or conditions. Type only the brand, model and storage, then choose colour and grade on the next step.
Source page: Can't find a model in the catalog
Why can't I find an item by typing part of its IMEI?
expand_more
IMEIs are stored encrypted, so the search only matches when you type or scan all 15 digits. If you only remember part of it, search by item code or model name instead.
Source page: Can't find an item on the sale page
Can one bill include items from two branches?
expand_more
No. A bill sells from one branch only. Transfer the item to the selling branch first, or make a separate bill from the other branch.
Source page: Can't find an item on the sale page
Do I need to install a barcode scanning app?
expand_more
No. The scan button uses the camera through the browser. If the browser doesn't support it, type or paste the number, or use a barcode scanner that types into the field.
Source page: Camera scanning doesn't work
Why did scanning a phone box give a number that is not the IMEI?
expand_more
Boxes usually carry several barcodes and the system takes the first one it reads. Cover the other barcodes and always check the number in the field before saving.
Source page: Camera scanning doesn't work
Why does my menu have fewer items than a colleague’s?
expand_more
The menu only shows what your role and permissions allow, and features outside the store's plan are left out too. If you need more, ask the owner to change your access.
Source page: No access page (error 403)
Can I request more access inside the system?
expand_more
There is no button to request access yet. Ask the owner or someone who manages the team directly. Every access change is recorded in the audit log.
Source page: No access page (error 403)
Does the reference code on an error page contain personal data?
expand_more
No. It is a string the system generates only to match the system logs, so it is fine to send to the team.
Source page: Contact the team with a reference code
Can I report a problem from inside the app?
expand_more
For now, use the contact page on the website and put the reference code and what you were doing in the details box. The team replies through the contact details you give.
Source page: Contact the team with a reference code
Why does a link a colleague sent me say page not found?
expand_more
The link may belong to a store or branch you haven't selected or can't access. The system says not found so nothing leaks across stores or branches. Switch first, then reopen it.
Source page: Page not found message (error 404)
Can we extend the time before automatic sign-out?
expand_more
No, stores cannot change it; the time is set by account type for security. If you keep working, you are not signed out until 12 hours after signing in.
Source page: Page expired or a form won't submit
The page expired; was my transaction saved?
expand_more
If you didn't see the success message, assume it was not saved, but open Transactions to check before redoing it so you don't create a duplicate.
Source page: Page expired or a form won't submit
Can receipts always open at 80 mm?
expand_more
Right after saving, the 80 mm receipt button opens that size straight away. Older documents open at A4, and there is no store setting for a default size yet.
Source page: 80 mm receipts don't fit the paper
Can I use a 58 mm receipt printer?
expand_more
The system has A4 and 80 mm layouts only. A 58 mm printer may work if you choose fit to page in the print dialog, but the text gets smaller.
Source page: 80 mm receipts don't fit the paper
Why did last month's profit change after the month ended?
expand_more
If a device sold that month was returned or its sale voided, it went back into stock and no longer counts in the true-profit report, so the figure follows what really happened.
Source page: Report numbers don't match what you expect
Why don't sales on the dashboard match the daily sales report?
expand_more
The dashboard shows today for the branch you have selected, while reports open on this month by default. Choose today and the same branch in the report before comparing.
Source page: Report numbers don't match what you expect
Can I work offline and send it later?
expand_more
Not yet. Every purchase, sale and cash record needs an internet connection. If the shop's connection drops often, keep mobile data as a backup.
Source page: The system is slow or not working
How long must I wait before signing in again?
expand_more
It depends on the limit. A per-minute limit clears after a moment, but repeated wrong attempts that hit the hourly limit mean a longer wait. If you've forgotten the password, reset it instead of guessing.
Source page: Too many attempts: you have to wait
Not available yet
Why is there no pawn menu in the system?
expand_more
Because pawn is not open to stores yet. The pawn menu and pages appear only once it opens for your store; opening a pawn link directly shows page not found.
Source page: Pawn is not open yet
Can I record a pawn as a purchase for now?
expand_more
You shouldn't. A purchase voucher means the seller has transferred ownership to the store, but a pawned item still belongs to the customer. Recording the wrong type makes stock, costs and profit all wrong.
Source page: Pawn is not open yet
A customer wants back a device the store bought. Should I void the purchase?

No. A purchase is an outright sale, and a correct purchase voucher should not be voided. If the store agrees to sell it back, record a normal sale.

Does the system support sale with right of redemption?
expand_more
Not yet. There is no document type for it, and it should not be recorded as a purchase or a pawn, because the customer's rights and the store's obligations differ.

Can I record consigned goods on the purchase screen for now?
expand_more
You shouldn't. Consigned goods still belong to the customer; recording them as a purchase makes stock, costs, cash and true profit wrong. Keep a separate record outside the system until consignment opens.

Can I sell devices to dealers through the system?
expand_more
Not yet. Dealer Exchange is not open, so there is no listing for dealers and no way to receive offers. Use the aged stock reports to pick what to clear for now.

Can this system value gold?
expand_more
Not yet. Gold is valued by weight, purity and that day's reference price, which is a separate engine that is not open. Today's valuation works for electronic devices only.

Can other stores see what my store pays or sells for?
expand_more
No. Each store's data is kept separate, and valuation uses only your own store's data. As designed, network data would show other stores only combined figures that name no store.

Does the system report transactions to AMLO automatically?
expand_more
No. The system sends no reports to AMLO on the store's behalf; any reporting duty is the store's. Ask your legal adviser whether your business must report.

When will there be public market price pages?
expand_more
There is no date. The public price index opens only after the data quality and method are reviewed, and will show only models with enough data.
