Match the body or kit, lens mount and console edition, enter the serial and shutter count, and check for lens fungus and a signed-in console.
- Who can do this:
- Owner, Store Admin, Manager, Cashier, Appraiser (role defaults; the owner can change them)
Cameras, lenses and game consoles are bought on the same screen as phones. The differences: you pick body only or a kit and the right mount, you must enter the serial number, and each type has its own checklist.
Pick the right model
-
Cameras: choose body only or a kit. A kit names its lens in the spec. The mount and sensor size are part of the model.
-
Lenses: the same lens can come in several mounts, such as Sony E, Nikon Z or L-mount. Choose the mount that matches the back of the lens.
-
Consoles: choose the storage and edition, such as disc or digital, Slim or OLED.
You can type the name the way your shop does, such as "a7 iv", "ps5 slim digital" or "switch oled", or the code from the bottom of the device or the box, such as ILCE-7M4K or CFI-1218A. See Find a model and spec in the catalog (Thai works).
Open Receive and search for the model in 1. Model and spec.
Tap the model, then choose the spec that matches the real item under Choose spec.
In 2. Device, enter the serial number. It is required for cameras, lenses and consoles.
Go through the Checklist, tap only the checks with a problem, then choose the grade.
Pick the Accessories received, such as the battery, camera strap, lens caps, lens hood or controller.
Record the seller, enter the price, choose how you pay, then tap Confirm purchase.
Camera shutter count
The shutter-count check has a box for the number you read from the camera. The system keeps it with the inspection and shows it in the item's inspection history. It is optional, but it helps you price the camera and answer buyers.
Critical checks: don't buy if they fail
Checks marked Critical:
-
Lenses: no fungus on the glass. Fungus can spread to other lenses in the shop and is hard to repair.
-
Consoles: signed out of the previous owner's account. A console still tied to that account can be locked or banned.
-
Every type: the serial matches the device.
If any critical check is set to Faulty/failed, the system warns Don't accept this device. If you save anyway, the item won't become Ready to sell.
What the serial number is for
The serial number stops duplicate purchases. If the serial is still in your stock, the purchase can't be saved. If the item has passed through your shop before, the system shows its old stock code. See Invalid IMEI or IMEI already in stock: what to do.
