Type the model in Thai, English, counter shorthand or as a model number, then tap the model and pick a spec. If it's missing, request it from the team.
- Who can do this:
- Owner, Store Admin, Manager, Supervisor-Approver, Cashier, Appraiser, Technician, Inventory staff, Accountant, Auditor, Viewer, Dealer (role defaults; the owner can change them)
Every screen where you choose a model, such as buying, valuation, trade-ins and market prices, uses the same search box. It searches the shared catalog that every shop uses, so nobody types model names by hand and prices for the same model can be compared.
Type it however you like
The system turns Thai spellings, common misspellings and counter shorthand into catalog names. Examples:

Every word you type must match the model. The closest matches come first, and newer models win a tie.
Tap the model search box and type at least two characters of the model name.
Tap the right model in the list. Each row shows the release year, the chip and the number of specs.
Choose the spec under Choose spec. If the model has only one spec, or the storage you typed matches exactly one, the system picks it for you.
If you picked the wrong one, tap Change and search again.
If you can't find it

Type less, such as "15 pro" instead of the full name. Every word must match, so one extra word can hide the model.

Try the model number from the box, the bottom of the device or its info screen.

If it's still missing, the system shows No matching models with a Request this model button. Tap it to send a request to the team. See Model missing? Request it for the catalog.
