Buy a phone on one screen: choose the model and spec, scan the IMEI, inspect, record the seller, set the price and pay. One confirm puts it in stock.
- Who can do this:
- Owner, Store Admin, Manager, Cashier, Appraiser (role defaults; the owner can change them)
Buying happens on one screen, top to bottom: model and spec → device → inspection → seller → price and payment. When you confirm, the system saves everything as a single purchase document, puts the device in stock and records the money paid out of the shop's account, all at once.
Before you start
-
Ask for the seller's ID card. By default the system won't record a purchase unless the seller has a national ID or tax ID.
-
Have the seller sign out of iCloud or Google in front of you. See Device locked to iCloud or Google: what to do.
-
Dial
*#06#on the phone to show the IMEI, and compare it with the box and the SIM tray.
Open Receive. If the store has several branches, pick one in Receive into branch.
In 1. Model and spec, type the model, for example "iphone 15 pro 256", tap the right model, then pick the storage under Choose spec.
In 2. Device, tap Scan barcode to scan the IMEI or type the 15 digits, then set the colour, Official / grey import, the accessories and any remaining warranty.
Go through the Checklist. Every check starts as Normal, so tap only the ones with a problem, then choose the grade and enter the battery health if you can read it.
In 3. Seller, search by national ID, phone or name. If the seller isn't found, tap Add new customer.
In 4. Price and payment, enter the Purchase price (agreed with customer) and the Target sell price. If you know it needs repair, also enter the Expected repair cost.
Choose a method under Pay the customer by, then tap Confirm purchase.
What the system does while you type
-
Stops duplicates: if this IMEI is still in your stock, the purchase can't be saved. See Invalid IMEI or IMEI already in stock: what to do.
-
Valuation: if your plan includes valuation and you may see it, the side panel shows Safe Buy, the expected sell range, confidence and risk. It updates as you change the grade, battery and price. See Check Safe Buy before you buy.
-
Expected profit: the summary card shows the target sell price minus the purchase price (before repairs and fees).
When the system asks for more
-
Price above Safe Buy: give a reason and get a second person to approve. See Buying above Safe Buy: reason and approver.
-
Price above the store's limit: an approver must sign in at the counter. See Purchases above the limit need an approver.
-
Paying two ways: tick Split across two payment methods and enter the amount for the second method.
After you confirm
You land on the purchase document, numbered from PUR. Tap Print 80 mm receipt or A4 to print the purchase voucher for the seller to sign, or tap Buy next item.
The device's status depends on the inspection:
-
Every check normal, or only minor flaws → Ready to sell
-
A failed check, or a battery below the threshold → Awaiting repair
-
A critical check failed, such as an account lock → stays Received until it passes an inspection
