Buying and intake
Buy phones and laptops step by step: pick the model from the catalog, scan the IMEI, inspect and grade, record the seller and pay them.
- Buying a phone: the full process Buy a phone on one screen: choose the model and spec, scan the IMEI, inspect, record the seller, set the price and pay. One confirm puts it in stock.
- Buying laptops and MacBooks: spec and serial number Laptops are bought on the same screen as phones, but you must pick the exact chip, RAM and storage, enter the serial number and use the computer checklist.
- Buy cameras, lenses and game consoles Match the body or kit, lens mount and console edition, enter the serial and shutter count, and check for lens fungus and a signed-in console.
- Find a model and spec in the catalog (Thai works) Type the model in Thai, English, counter shorthand or as a model number, then tap the model and pick a spec. If it's missing, request it from the team.
- Scan an IMEI with your phone camera Tap the scan button next to the IMEI field and aim at the barcode on the box or the *#06# screen. If the browser can't scan, type or paste the number.
- Invalid IMEI or IMEI already in stock: what to do An invalid IMEI is usually a typo. An IMEI still in your stock can't be bought again; open the item with the stock code the system shows and check it first.
- Inspect with the checklist and set a grade Every check starts as normal, so tap only the problems, choose a grade, enter the battery and save. The system sums up the result and updates the item status.
- Device locked to iCloud or Google: what to do A device still locked to iCloud, Google or MDM can't be resold. Have the owner sign out in front of you; if the check fails, it won't become ready to sell.
- Record the seller and their national ID Every purchase needs a seller with a national ID or tax ID. Search for an existing customer or add a new one in the seller card, ticking consent before saving. gavel Awaiting legal review
- Purchases above the limit need an approver Above the shop's limit (฿30,000 by default), a second person with approval rights must sign in with their 2FA code at the counter.
- Model missing? Request it for the catalog If a model or spec isn't found, tap Request this model or open the request page, enter the brand, model, spec and model number, then follow the result there.
- Condition grades A, B+, B, C and D explained There are five grades, from A (excellent) to D (partly faulty, needs repair). The grade adjusts valuations, adds risk for C and D, and is printed on receipts.
- Purchase vouchers and the ownership declaration The purchase voucher shows the device, the seller, the amount and how it was paid, plus the seller's ownership declaration. Print it and have the seller sign. gavel Awaiting legal review
- Paying the seller: cash, transfer or PromptPay Pay the seller by cash, transfer, PromptPay or cheque, add a reference for non-cash, or split two ways. Money leaves the matching account with the purchase.
- Record battery health Enter battery health as a percentage and the charge cycles when buying, trading in or inspecting. A battery below the threshold sends the device to repair.
