The Model catalog page lists every model in the shared catalog that all shops use. Use it to check which models and specs are available before buying or valuing a device. The catalog is grouped by product type, such as phones, tablets and laptops.

  1. Open Model catalog.

  2. Tap a product type at the top to filter, or choose All.

  3. Type a model name, shorthand or model number in the search box.

  4. Tap a model to see its details.

A model's details

  • Release year, Chip / CPU and screen

  • Model number and available colours

  • Specs in the catalog, which are the choices when buying

  • A Specs verified or Specs pending review label, showing whether the team has checked that model's specs yet

When to use the catalog

  • Before buying an unfamiliar model: see which specs it comes in, so you choose the right one at purchase.

  • Identifying a model from its number: type the model number from the box or the bottom of the device to see which model and year it is.

  • Answering customers: check the chip, screen and colours when a customer asks about specs.

  • Before requesting a model: make sure it really isn't there, so you don't send a duplicate request.

If a model or spec is missing

Tap Request a model in the header to send a request to the team. See Model missing? Request it for the catalog.
