Stock and item costs
View and filter stock, set list prices, record repairs and per-item costs, transfer items between branches and track stock age.
- View stock: filter by status, sort by age, pick a branch The stock page lists the selected branch's items. Filter by status and type, sort oldest first, and search by stock code, model name or full IMEI.
- What each item status means A status says which stage a device is at and whether it can be sold, such as received, awaiting repair, ready to sell, reserved or sold. Most follow documents.
- Set a selling price and use the suggested price Set the target price in the item's selling price card, or tap Use suggested price for the Expected Sell, then save. It becomes the default price at the till.
- Record per-item costs: repair, battery, parts, shipping Open the item, tap Expense in the true cost card, choose a type, the amount and how you paid. It joins that device's cost, so true profit counts every cost.
- Send a device for repair and close the job Tap Send for repair on the item, describe the problem, track progress, record repair and parts costs against the device, then close it as ready to sell. workspace_premium Starter and up
- Stock age: how slow-moving and dead stock are counted Stock age counts days from purchase to sale. By default, slow-moving starts at 30 days and dead stock at 60 days.
- Transfer stock between branches and receive it The sending branch picks ready-to-sell devices and sends them. They stay in transit and can't be sold until the receiving branch ticks them in, ready to sell. workspace_premium Intelligence and up
- Write off damaged or lost stock Tap Write off on the item, choose a cause, add details and get a second person to approve. The cost stays and counts as a loss; a found device can come back.
- Why some people can't see costs and profit Per-device cost, profit and capital show only to people allowed to see costs; financial reports use a separate permission. Owners can set it per person.
- Reserve an item for a customer Set a device to reserved with a reason on its item page so other staff know it's held. A reserved device can still be sold, and no deposit is recorded.
- Why IMEIs and serial numbers are partly hidden IMEIs and serials are stored encrypted and shown as the last four characters. Permitted staff can reveal them on the item page, and every reveal is logged.
- Browse the whole model catalog Open the model catalog to see every model by type. Search by name or model number, then tap one for its release year, chip, model numbers, colours and specs.
