The owner downloads all store data as a ZIP of CSV files: customers, items, documents, payments and the cost ledger. Available on every plan.

Who can do this:
Owner (role defaults; the owner can change them)

Your store's data belongs to your store. The owner can export everything at any time, for example to keep a backup, give it to an accountant, or move to another system. It works on every plan, even after a plan has expired.

Who can do it

By default only Owner can, because the file holds every detail of your customers' personal data. Before the page opens, the system asks for your password again; a confirmed password stays valid for 10 minutes. See Why you are asked for your password again.

Steps

  1. Open Export store data and enter your password when asked.

  2. Tap Create export file.

  3. Wait until the Preparing status turns into a Download button. It usually takes a few minutes, and the page updates by itself.

  4. Tap Download to save the ZIP file to your device.

What's in the file

The ZIP file has one CSV file per area, plus a README.txt that lists how many rows each file has.

File Contents
branches.csv, members.csv Branches and team members
customers.csv Customers, in full, including ID numbers, phone numbers and addresses
assets.csv Every item, with cost, revenue and status
transactions.csv, transaction_lines.csv, payments.csv Documents, their lines and payments
ledger_entries.csv The cost and revenue ledger for each item
repair_jobs.csv Repair jobs
price_observations.csv The price data used for valuation
  • Amounts are in baht with two decimals; times are in the store's local time.

  • Voided documents stay in the file with their reversing entries, so the history is complete.

  • Files are UTF-8, so Thai text shows correctly in Excel.

Limits

  • One export at a time. If the previous file is still being prepared, wait for it to finish.

  • The number of exports per day is limited. If you reach it, the system asks you to try again later.

  • A file can be downloaded for 7 days and is then deleted automatically. You can create a new one after that.

  • Every export and every download is recorded in the audit log.

If you only need certain figures, such as sales or profit, export a single report instead; see Export reports to Excel or CSV.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import the full store export back in?

It isn't designed to be imported back as a whole. Use it as a backup or to open in other software. To bring stock, customers or sales in, use the import page.

Can staff export all store data?

Not by default. Only the owner can, because the file holds full customer personal data. Staff who need figures can export a report instead, if they have permission.
