Export a report to Excel or CSV with every row for your period and branch. It needs the export permission and a password check, and every export is logged.

Plans:
Available on Pro and up
Who can do this:
Owner, Store Admin, Manager, Accountant, Auditor (role defaults; the owner can change them)

Export a report as an Excel or CSV file to send to your accountant, make your own charts, or keep a copy. The file holds every row for the period and branch you picked, not just the part shown on screen.

Before you start

  • You need Export reports and permission to open that report. By default the roles that can export are Owner, Store Admin, Manager, Accountant, Auditor.

  • Report export is in the Pro and up plans. If your store's plan does not include it, the button shows the page This feature is in a higher plan.

Export a report

  1. Go to Reports and open the report you need.

  2. Pick the period and branch you want in the file.

  3. Tap the Excel or CSV button at the top of the report.

  4. If asked, enter your password on the Confirm password page, and the file starts downloading.

Once your password is confirmed, you can keep exporting without typing it again for 10 minutes.

Excel or CSV

  • Excel (.xlsx): amounts are numbers in baht and percentages are already formatted, so you can add them up or chart them straight away.

  • CSV: a UTF-8 text file. Thai shows correctly when you open it in Excel. Good for accounting software that imports CSV.

What is in the file, and what is not

  • Only the columns you see on screen. If you cannot see costs, the cost and profit columns are not in the file.

  • Every row, even though the screen shows one part at a time.

  • No headline figures. If you need totals, add them up in the file or note them from the screen.

  • Text that starts with = + - or @ gets a ' in front, so Excel does not treat it as a formula.

Keeping the file safe

Every export is recorded in Audit log with the report name, file format, period, branch and number of rows. Once downloaded, the file is on your device and the system can no longer control it, so keep it somewhere safe and delete it when you no longer need it.

Frequently asked questions

Why does exporting a report show the upgrade page?

Report export is part of a higher plan. If the store's plan does not include it, the system shows the upgrade page instead. The owner can review plans under Settings → Plan.

Why doesn't my exported file have the cost columns?

The file holds only the columns you see on screen. If your account cannot view costs, the cost and profit columns are not in the file.
