Download a template for each data type, or use your own Excel file. The system guesses which column holds what from the headings, and you can change it.

Who can do this:
Owner, Store Admin, Manager (role defaults; the owner can change them)

You don't have to rearrange your file to fit a form. Use the Excel file your shop already has; the system reads the column headings and matches them to the fields it knows. The templates are for shops that have no file yet, or want to see the recommended layout.

Template files

On the Import data page every card has a Sample file button, and the file page has a Download sample file button. The template is a CSV file that opens in Excel. The first row lists every field the system knows; the second row holds example values. Delete the example row and add your own data. You don't need to fill every column, and you can delete columns you don't use.

How columns are matched

  • The system compares each heading with the words shops usually use, in Thai and English. For example the Thai words for "cost" or "buy price", or the English "cost", are matched to Cost price.

  • A heading that matches a whole word wins over one that only matches part of it.

  • Each column fills one field, and each field takes one column.

  • Under each field you see sample values from the first rows of your file, so you can check the match.

  • The Supported fields card lists every field for that data type.

Required fields

Type Fields that must be matched
Existing stock Model and Cost price
Historical sales Model, Cost price, Purchase/received date, Sale date and Sale price
Customer list Full name or Name or Legal entity name

Required fields have a red asterisk. If one is not matched yet, the system tells you which field to match before it checks the data.

You can always change a match

Pick another column from each field's list, or choose — Not used — to leave a field out. If you notice a wrong match after checking the data, tap Edit column matching on the results page and check again, without uploading the file again.

Value formats the system reads

  • Dates as day/month/year, in the Buddhist or the Christian era, with short month names, or as dates formatted in Excel.

  • Amounts may contain thousands separators.

  • Grade is A, B+, B, C or D.

  • Official / grey import is written in Thai, or in English as "Thai" for a Thai-market model or "International" for an imported one.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to use the system's template?

No. Use the Excel or CSV file you already have. The system guesses the column matches from the headings, and you can change them before checking the data.

Why wasn't one of my columns matched automatically?

Its heading doesn't match any word the system knows. Pick the column for that field yourself in the matching step.
