On this page
Two information cards, never sent as alerts: a count of sellers who brought in several devices, without names, and whether work sits with one team member.
- Plans:
- Available on Intelligence and up
- Who can do this:
- Owner, Store Admin, Manager, Supervisor-Approver, Cashier, Appraiser, Accountant, Auditor, Privacy Officer (role defaults; the owner can change them)
These two cards are supporting information, not a warning that anyone did anything wrong. They are built to show no more personal data than needed, and they are never sent as alerts. You can open them only on Store Intelligence.
Repeat sellers
The system counts how many sellers brought in several devices during the last month. It starts counting once the shop has bought enough.
-
The card does not show seller names. It shows "Seller 1, 2, ..." with the number of devices.
-
Tap a row to open the customer page, which follows your permission to view customers and your branch.
-
Repeat sellers are normal for regular customers and consignment shops. The card does not say anything is wrong, but you should check that identity documents and the origin of the devices are complete, see Why buying needs the seller's ID number.
-
Visible only to people who can view customers (View customers).
Work concentrated in one person
The system looks at what share of the devices bought, sold and taken in on trade during the last month was recorded by each person. If one person did almost all of it and the shop has more than one user, an information card appears.
-
Use it as a sign the shop relies on one person. If they are away or leave, the front of the shop stalls.
-
It does not judge anyone's quality of work, and it does not know the shift roster.
-
Visible only to people with View financial reports, who can go on to the Staff performance report for detail.
Good to know
-
If the data is too thin, the system shows no card rather than guess.
-
These two cards carry no confidence score because they are counts of real records, not estimates, but they still state the sample size and what the data cannot say.
-
You can hide these cards for a while with Hide for 7 days.
