Install the system as an app from the browser menu on Android, iPhone or a computer. No app store is needed, but it does need an internet connection.
The system is a website you can install as an app on your phone or computer screen (a PWA). Open it from the icon like any other app; there is nothing to download from the App Store or Play Store, and it updates itself every time you open it.
Install on Android with Chrome
Open the system's website in Chrome and sign in.
Tap Chrome's three-dot menu at the top right.
Choose Install app, or Add to Home screen.
Confirm, then open the app from the icon on your home screen.
Press and hold the icon for shortcuts to Receive and to the stock page.
Install on iPhone or iPad with Safari

Open the system's website in Safari.

Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up).

Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
Install on a computer with Chrome or Edge
Click the install icon in the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose to install the app.
Good to know

There is no install button inside the system; use the browser menu as above.

The app needs an internet connection. If the connection drops you see an offline page; reconnect and tap try again. Anything typed into a form but not saved is not kept.

Signing in and 2FA work exactly as in the browser.
