Getting started
Set up your store, make your first purchase and sale, invite your team, move from Excel, and the daily routine from opening to closing.
- How the system helps your store: a quick overview An overview for stores that buy and sell used phones and computers: buying, pricing, stock, sales, money, customers, true profit and what is not open yet.
- Set up your store: sign up, store and first branch Sign up, verify your email, name the store, pick its business type and first branch, then turn on 2FA. Currency, time zone and pricing defaults are set for you.
- Buy your first item: the short version Buy your first item in four parts: model and spec, IMEI or serial and inspection, the seller with their ID, then price and payment. Then confirm the purchase.
- Sell your first item and print a receipt Sell your first item: scan the IMEI or search the model, check the price, choose how you are paid, confirm the sale, then print an 80 mm or A4 receipt.
- Invite staff and choose their role Invite staff by email from the Team page, choosing their role and branches. They accept from the email link. Pending invitations count as plan seats.
- Move from Excel to the system Import existing stock, customers and past sales from Excel or CSV. The system matches columns, checks data before you confirm and can roll back a whole batch.
- The getting-started checklist on the overview The getting-started card on the overview lists what a new store should do. Steps tick themselves when done, and the card disappears once all are complete.
- Install it as an app on your phone or computer (PWA) Install the system as an app from the browser menu on Android, iPhone or a computer. No app store is needed, but it does need an internet connection.
- Menus, shortcuts and search Menus show only what your permissions and plan allow; phones add a More menu. Search finds customers, IMEIs, serials and models, not document numbers.
- Switch the store or branch you work in Tap the store and branch name at the top left to switch branch, see all branches or switch store. The branch sets overview figures, lists and defaults.
- Daily routine: from opening to closing What to do daily so figures match real cash and stock: check what needs action at opening, record everything during the day, count and bank cash at closing.
- Change language (Thai/English) and dark mode Switch between Thai and English, and light, dark or device theme, from the top-right menu. Language is saved to your account; the theme only in that browser.
