Plans cap monthly purchases, sales and trade-ins. Once reached, new ones wait for next month or an upgrade. Voids, returns and cash entries never count.
Each plan sets how many purchases and sales you can record per month; the free plan allows 60. Once it is used up, you can't record new purchases or sales until next month or until you upgrade.
What counts
| Counts towards the quota | Doesn't count |
|---|---|
| Completed purchases | Voids |
| Completed sales | Returns and refunds |
| Trade-ins | Cash movements, such as opening balances, capital and other expenses |
| Item expenses, repairs, branch transfers and write-offs | |
| Stock and sales imported from files |
-
One document counts once, even with several items on one bill.
-
Voided documents don't count.
-
Counting is by calendar month in Thailand time, and starts again on the 1st.
See how much you've used
Open Plan and billing and look at the Usage this month card. The bar turns yellow as you get close and red when the quota is used up. By default only owners can open this page.
When the quota is used up
If you tap confirm on a purchase or sale and it isn't saved, the owner should check this month's usage first, then choose one of these:
-
Upgrade to a plan with a bigger or unlimited quota; see Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
-
Wait for next month, when the count starts again by itself.
Meanwhile the store can still void, take returns, record cash movements, view reports and export data as normal.
