New stores try every feature with no card, then move to the free plan with all data kept. The free plan never expires but limits users, branches and quota.
New stores can try every feature for 14 days without a card. When the trial ends, the store moves to the free plan by itself, and all its data stays.
The trial

It starts when you first open the store.

Every feature is included, at the level of the Multi-Branch plan: valuation, repairs, Store Intelligence and branch transfers.

The overview shows a banner with the days left, and Plan and billing shows the Trial ends date.

Near the end, owners get notifications reminding them to choose a plan.
When the trial ends
If you haven't chosen a paid plan, the system moves the store to the free plan automatically within the next day, and owners are notified.
If you chose a paid plan, pay its invoice; the new plan starts once payment is received. See Pay for the service by bank transfer or PromptPay.

If the store has more people or branches than the free plan
Existing team members and branches keep working, but you can't add new ones until you reduce the number or upgrade. See Can't add staff or branches: plan limit.
Features not in the free plan
Their menu items disappear. Opening an old link shows a page saying the feature is in a higher plan. Data saved during the trial, such as repair jobs, stays and is usable again when you upgrade. See This feature is in a higher plan.
