Change plan at any time on the billing page. A new paid plan starts once paid; the free plan starts at once. Downgrade when users and branches fit the new plan.
- Who can do this:
- Owner (role defaults; the owner can change them)
Owners can change plan at any time under Plan and billing. Upgrading or moving to another paid plan takes effect once paid; moving to the free plan takes effect immediately.
Upgrade or move to another paid plan
Open Plan and billing.
Choose Monthly or annual, then tap Select on the new plan.
Enter a Discount coupon if you have one, then tap Confirm.
Pay the new invoice following Pay for the service by bank transfer or PromptPay.
While payment is pending, the Current plan card shows Pending change to with the new plan's name. The store stays on its current plan until payment is received.
Money matters
-
The new plan's invoice is for a full period, and the new period starts on the day the invoice is issued.
-
For now the system doesn't credit the unused days of the old plan, and doesn't refund unused time.
-
If you choose a new plan while another plan's invoice is still unpaid, the old invoice is cancelled automatically.
If you have billing questions before changing, contact the team before you confirm. See Contact the team with a reference code.
Downgrading
You can move to a smaller plan if the store's users and branches fit the new plan. If they don't, the system tells you to reduce them first.
-
Suspend staff who no longer work there, or cancel pending invitations; see Change roles, suspend or remove staff.
-
Close branches you don't use; see Add and manage branches.
-
Come back and choose the new plan again.
Moving to the free plan
Choose the free plan and tap Confirm. The store moves to the free plan immediately. Features outside the free plan are switched off, but all your data stays and is usable again when you upgrade.
