On this page
The stock page lists the selected branch's items. Filter by status and type, sort oldest first, and search by stock code, model name or full IMEI.
- Who can do this:
- Owner, Store Admin, Manager, Supervisor-Approver, Cashier, Appraiser, Technician, Inventory staff, Accountant, Auditor, Viewer, Dealer (role defaults; the owner can change them)
The Inventory page lists every item in the branch you're working in, with its grade, stock age, target sell price and status. Phones show cards; computers show a table. The header says which branch you're looking at, or all branches.
Status filters
| Filter | Shows items that are |
|---|---|
| In stock (default) | Still held by the shop: received, awaiting inspection, awaiting repair, ready to sell, listed, reserved and in a branch transfer |
| Ready to sell | Sellable now: ready to sell, listed and reserved |
| Awaiting repair/inspection | Received, awaiting inspection or awaiting repair |
| Sold | Already sold |
| All | Any status, including written off or voided |
Next to the status filters are product-type buttons, such as phones or laptops. Tap one to filter, and tap it again to clear it.
Open Inventory and check the header to see which branch you're viewing.
Tap a status filter such as Ready to sell, and a product type if you want to narrow it further.
Choose the sort order: Oldest in stock, Recently received or Highest price.
Type in the search box to find a device by stock code, model name or full IMEI/serial.
Tap an item to open its page and see its costs, history and next actions.
Looking at age
There's no separate age filter. Sort by Oldest in stock (the default) and the items that have been in the shop longest come first. The Stock age column shows the days since the item was received. How it's counted is in Stock age: how slow-moving and dead stock are counted.
Another branch
The list follows the branch selected at the top of the app. To see another branch or all branches, switch first. See Switch the store or branch you work in.
Searching by IMEI finds nothing
IMEIs and serial numbers are stored encrypted, so the search only matches the full number. Type all 15 digits of the IMEI or the whole serial. If you only remember part of it, search by stock code or model name instead. See Why IMEIs and serial numbers are partly hidden.
What you can do from the item page
Tap an item in the list to open its page. From there you can carry on, depending on your permissions, for example Sell this item, Inspect, Send for repair, set the price, record an expense, Change status or Write off. Buttons you may not use, or that don't fit the item's status, don't appear.
