After several wrong passwords or two-factor codes, or very fast repeats, the system makes you wait a moment. Wait and retry, or reset your password.
The Too many requests page, with Please wait a moment and try again., appears when you retry too fast or too often. The limits stop people guessing passwords and stop repeated taps; your account has not been suspended.
