On this page
Open the transactions page and type all or part of a document number, or filter by type and period. Without a number, find the device by IMEI in stock instead.
- Who can do this:
- Owner, Store Admin, Manager, Supervisor-Approver, Cashier, Appraiser, Accountant, Auditor, Viewer (role defaults; the owner can change them)
Every document that records money, such as sales, purchases, returns, expenses and branch transfers, is on the Transactions page. Search by document number, or filter by type and period. If you don't know the number, start from the device in stock instead.
Search by document number
Open Transactions.
Type the number in the search box, in full or in part, such as the last digits.
Tap the document to open it, then tap Print document if you need to reprint.
When you search, every period is included, so there's no need to change the period filter.
Reading a document number
A number has three parts: a type prefix, the two-digit Buddhist-era year with the month, and a running number. Common prefixes:
| Prefix | Type |
|---|---|
| PUR | Purchase |
| SAL | Sale |
| TRD | Trade-in |
| RTN | Return |
| EXP | Item expense |
| TRF | Branch transfer |
| ADJ | Stock adjustment |
| OPN, HSL | Imported opening stock and past sales |
Filtering the list
-
Type: choose in All types, for example sales only.
-
Period: Today (the default), Yesterday, 7 days, This month or All.
-
Branch: the list follows the branch selected at the top of the app.
Voided documents still appear in the list, marked as voided.
You don't know the number but you know the IMEI
-
Open Inventory, choose the All filter and search by the full IMEI.
-
Open the item. Its timeline shows the number of its sale document.
-
If you can see costs, the cost ledger on the item page lists every document number, including the purchase.
How to find devices is in View stock: filter by status, sort by age, pick a branch.
