Right after saving, tap Print 80 mm receipt or A4. Reprint any time with Print document on the document page. Every print is recorded in the audit log.
- Who can do this:
- Owner, Store Admin, Manager, Supervisor-Approver, Cashier, Appraiser, Accountant, Auditor, Viewer (role defaults; the owner can change them)
Every document prints in two sizes, A4 and 80 mm thermal paper. You can print straight after saving, and reprint any time from the document page. The heading is chosen for you from the type of transaction.
Print right after a sale or purchase
After you confirm, the document page shows a Transaction saved box with a Print 80 mm receipt button and an A4 button. Tap the one that matches your printer, then tap Print.
Reprint later
Open Transactions and search for the document number, or choose a period.
Tap the document, then tap Print document.
Choose A4 or 80 mm paper at the top of the page.
Tap Print and choose the printer in the browser's print window.

What's on the document

The shop name (the registered legal name if you set one), branch name, address, phone and tax ID. See Store details shown on documents and receipts.

The document number, date and time

The customer or seller, with ID and phone partly hidden

The items with stock code, the last four characters of the IMEI or serial, and grade

The total, payment methods, cash received and change

Good to know

You can reprint as often as you like, but every time the print page opens it's recorded in that document's audit log.

Voided documents still print, with a void stamp, the void date and the reason.

The document prints in the language you're using the app in. For a Thai receipt, switch to Thai before printing.

What the receipt doesn't show

VAT isn't shown separately; the amount printed is what was actually received or paid.

Costs and profit are never printed.

The customer's ID and phone are never printed in full.
