Selling and receipts
Sell at the counter, put several items on one bill, give discounts, split payments, take trade-ins and print receipts.
- Selling at the counter: the full process Sell on the sale screen: scan or search for a ready-to-sell device in your branch, check the price, add a customer if needed, take payment, confirm and print.
- Sell several devices on one bill with a discount Add several devices to one bill. The bill discount is an amount that the system splits across devices by price, keeping each one's true profit right.
- Split payments and work out change Tick split payment and enter each method's amount so they add up to the total. For cash only, enter the cash received and the system works out the change.
- Take a trade-in during a sale Tick trade-in at the till, choose the model, inspect, and enter the value and a customer with an ID. One document sells the new device and takes in the old.
- Print an A4 or 80 mm receipt, and reprint Right after saving, tap Print 80 mm receipt or A4. Reprint any time with Print document on the document page. Every print is recorded in the audit log.
- Discounts above the cap need permission A bill discount above 5% of the total (by default) must be entered by someone with the discount permission, or the sale isn't saved.
- How card fees are split across devices When paid by card, enter the shop's fee in baht. It's split across the bill's devices as cost, by price, and recorded as money out of the receiving account.
- The shop warranty printed on receipts Sale and trade-in receipts print a 30-day shop warranty from purchase, excluding misuse, water and drops. It can't be changed yet.
- Find past bills and documents Open the transactions page and type all or part of a document number, or filter by type and period. Without a number, find the device by IMEI in stock instead.
- Add a new customer during a sale Search in the sale screen's customer card. If nobody is found, add a new customer, enter a name, tick consent and save; they're put on the bill at once.
