The system compares list prices with its estimated price range and flags devices priced too high to sell, too low to earn, or ready to sell with no price.

Who can do this:
Owner, Store Admin, Manager, Supervisor-Approver, Cashier, Appraiser, Technician, Inventory staff, Accountant, Auditor, Privacy Officer, Viewer, Dealer (role defaults; the owner can change them)

A list price that is too high makes a device sell slowly, and one that is too low gives away profit for no reason. So the system compares each device's list price with the price range it helps estimate from sales data, and warns about ready-to-sell devices that have no price yet.

Three kinds of card

Card When Label Card button
Priced above market The list price is above the top of the range devices actually sell for Needs attention View items
Priced below market The list price is clearly below the Expected Sell Opportunity View items
Ready to sell but not priced A Ready to sell or Listed device with no list price Needs attention Set prices

Every button opens Inventory. The list at the bottom of the card shows each device's list price against the market price. The below-market card also shows how much in total you could raise prices while staying within the range that sells.

What the system compares with

  • The system estimates a price for each device from its model, spec, grade and branch, using your own shop's sales data. A device with no grade yet is estimated as grade B.

  • Only devices with enough data to estimate with sufficient confidence are used. If a model has too little data, the system skips it, so no card does not always mean the price is right.

  • Each run checks a limited number of devices, starting with those that have been in the shop longest.

  • None of the three cards reveals cost, so everyone who can open Store Intelligence sees them.

  • Needs attention cards appear in the Needs action section of the Overview on every plan; Opportunity cards appear when the plan includes Store Intelligence.

  • These findings are not sent as morning notifications; you need to open the screen to see them.

Adjusting prices one device at a time

  1. Tap the card button, or tap a device in the list at the bottom of the card.

  2. On the device screen, check the suggested price in the Selling price card and the confidence of the estimate.

  3. Tap Use suggested price, or type the price your shop chooses.

  4. Tap Save price.

The suggested price on the device screen appears when the plan includes valuation and you hold View valuations. Saving a price needs Set list prices and list items. The full steps are in Set a selling price and use the suggested price.

Frequently asked questions

Why are some devices not compared with the market?

The system compares only devices that are ready to sell or listed, have a list price, and have enough data for an estimate with sufficient confidence. If a model has too little data, it is skipped instead of guessed.

Is pricing below market a mistake?

Not always. If you want to sell fast to free up cash, a lower price is fine. The card shows how much more you could ask while staying within the range that sells.
