On this page
A morning summary of what needs attention today, like aged stock or prices below cost. Email by default; switch on in-app delivery if your plan has no email.
- Who can do this:
- Owner, Store Admin, Manager, Supervisor-Approver, Cashier, Appraiser, Technician, Inventory staff, Accountant, Auditor, Privacy Officer, Viewer, Dealer (role defaults; the owner can change them)
Every morning the system checks the store and sends a Daily summary that lists what deserves a look today, most urgent first, so the owner and the team know the day's work from the start of the morning.
What is in the summary
-
The title Daily summary with the store name
-
How many topics deserve a look today
-
The most important topics first; each line gives both the problem and what to do, such as aged stock, prices below cost, overdue repair jobs, or fast-selling models worth buying more of
-
When there is nothing to handle, it says Nothing urgent today — stock, prices and repair jobs are on track
Each person's summary contains only the topics they are allowed to see; someone who cannot see cost won't see prices below cost, for example. The text is in the language each person chose.
How it is delivered
By default the daily summary goes by email only; it does not appear under the bell. Email notifications are available on Pro and up. If the store's plan does not include email, the summary does not reach you until you switch on in-app delivery yourself.
Get the summary under the bell
Tap the bell in the top bar, then tap Settings.
Find the Daily summary row.
Tick In app. If your plan has email and you want it by email too, tick Email as well.
Tap Save.
Where the summary takes you
The summary links to the Store Intelligence page, which lists every topic with the devices behind it. If the store's plan does not include Store Intelligence, you see a page about upgrading instead, but urgent topics are still on the Needs action card on the Overview page, which every plan has. See Store Intelligence: what your shop should do today.
