If a page says the feature is in a higher plan, your store's plan doesn't include it. The owner can upgrade from that page; staff should tell the owner.
If a page shows This feature is in a higher plan, the store's current plan doesn't include that feature. It has nothing to do with your account's permissions.
Where you see it
-
Opening a link or bookmark to a page your plan doesn't include, such as valuation, repairs or branch transfers.
-
Tapping a report's Excel or CSV export on a plan without export.
-
Menu items for features outside the plan don't show at all, and the valuation panel on the receive screen is hidden.
Which plan includes what
| Feature | From |
|---|---|
| Safe Buy valuation and market prices | Starter and up |
| Repair jobs | Starter and up |
| Report export to Excel/CSV | Pro and up |
| Email notifications | Pro and up |
| Store Intelligence and recommendations | Intelligence and up |
| Branch transfers | Intelligence and up |
Stock, buying, selling, returns, money accounts and true profit reports are in every plan.
What to do next
-
Owners: tap View plans and upgrade on that page and choose a plan. See Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
-
Staff see Contact the store owner to upgrade the plan.; let the owner know.
Once the owner has paid and the plan has changed, the menu and page work straight away. Earlier data for that feature, such as repair jobs saved during the trial, is all still there.
What to use until you upgrade
| Missing feature | Use instead |
|---|---|
| Repair jobs | Record repair and parts costs as item costs on the item page; see Record per-item costs: repair, battery, parts, shipping |
| Report export | Reports can be viewed on screen on every plan, and owners can download the full store file; see Export all your store data |
| Email notifications | Check notifications in the bell inside the system |
| Branch transfers | There is no other way to move items between branches yet |
It isn't always the plan
-
If it says you don't have access, your role lacks the permission. See No access page (error 403).
-
A feature that isn't open yet, such as pawn, isn't in any plan. See Pawn is not open yet.
