Purchase vouchers and the ownership declaration

The purchase voucher shows the device, the seller, the amount and how it was paid, plus the seller's ownership declaration. Print it and have the seller sign.

Who can do this:

Owner, Store Admin, Manager, Cashier, Appraiser (role defaults; the owner can change them)

Every purchase can be printed as a Purchase voucher. It shows what the shop bought, from whom, for how much and how it was paid, with a statement in which the seller declares they lawfully own the item, and signature lines for the seller and the buyer.

What's on the purchase voucher

• The header: store name, branch, address, phone and tax ID. See Store details shown on documents and receipts.

• The document number (from PUR), date and time

• The seller: name, customer code, and national ID and phone partly hidden

• The devices: model and spec, stock code, the last four characters of the IMEI or serial, and grade

• The Total paid out and how it was paid, with any reference

• The purchase notes

• The seller's ownership declaration

• Signature lines for the Seller and the Buyer (the staff member who recorded it)

The ownership declaration

Every purchase voucher prints this statement:

The seller certifies that they are the lawful owner of the item(s) above, that the item(s) were not obtained through any offence and are free of any encumbrance. If this later proves untrue, the seller accepts full civil and criminal liability.

1. After tapping Confirm purchase, tap Print 80 mm receipt or A4 on the document page.

2. Have the seller read the items and the ownership declaration.

3. Have the seller sign on the seller line, and the staff member sign on the buyer line.

4. Keep the signed copy the way your shop keeps its documents.

Reprinting

Open the purchase from Transactions and tap Print document. Each time the print page opens, it's recorded in the audit log. If the document was voided, a new print carries the void stamp and reason. See Print an A4 or 80 mm receipt, and reprint.
