Set up your store: sign up, store and first branch

Sign up, verify your email, name the store, pick its business type and first branch, then turn on 2FA. Currency, time zone and pricing defaults are set for you.

Setting up the store takes little time: sign up, verify your email, enter the store and its first branch, then turn on 2FA. Most store details can be changed later under Store settings.

Sign up and verify your email

1. Tap Start free trial or Create account on the website.

2. Fill in Full name, Email and a password; Mobile number is optional.

3. Accept the Terms of service and Privacy policy, then tap Create account.

4. Open the email and tap the verification link. If it didn't arrive, tap Resend verification link.

Use an email the owner really uses and can always read; it is how you reset your password and receive important notices.

Set up the store and its first branch

1. On Set up your store, enter the Store name, choose the Business type and add the Store phone if you have one, then tap Next.

2. Under Your store's first branch, choose the Province and give a Branch name; without one the system calls it head office. Then tap Next.

3. Check the details on Review and confirm and tap Create store.

4. Set up 2FA where the system takes you. Owners must turn on 2FA before using the system; see Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA).

What the system sets up for you

• The currency is baht and the time zone is Thailand time.

• Defaults for valuation, slow stock, the purchase limit and the maximum discount, which you can change later under Store settings; see Buying and selling defaults.

• You are the owner and can work at every branch.

• The 14-day trial with every feature starts when you first open the store; see Free trial and the free plan.

Next steps after creating the store

1. Record the money you already have as opening balances; see Set the opening balance before you start.
