An overview for stores that buy and sell used phones and computers: buying, pricing, stock, sales, money, customers, true profit and what is not open yet.
The system helps stores that buy and sell used phones, tablets and computers, from taking a device in, pricing and selling it, to knowing the true profit on each one. It runs in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer; there is nothing to install.

How profit is worked out
True profit is the sale income minus every cost of that item: the purchase price, repairs, parts, shipping and fees, not just sale price minus purchase price. Financial documents can't be edited or deleted; a mistake is voided with a reason, so the figures can always be traced back.
Valuation is decision support
The system helps estimate prices from the store's own data and shows the confidence and how much data was used. When there isn't enough data it says so instead of guessing. A valuation is not a price guarantee. Valuation is available from the Starter plan up; see Choose the right plan for your store.
Not available yet
Pawn, the gold shop system and Dealer Exchange are not available yet. Meanwhile, pawn shops can use buying, selling, stock and true profit. See Pawn is not open yet.
