Store settings
Store details on documents, branches, licences, purchase and sale defaults, slow and dead stock thresholds, and security settings.
- Store details shown on documents and receipts Receipt headers use the legal or store name, tax ID and phone from store settings, plus the branch name, address and phone from the branches page.
- Add and manage branches Add a branch with a code, name, province, address and phone. Each has its own stock and cash drawer. Branches close but can't be deleted; plans set the limit.
- Record licences and their expiry dates Record second-hand dealer, pawnshop or gold licences for all or one branch, with start and expiry dates. The page shows which are valid, expiring or expired. gavel Awaiting legal review
- Buying and selling defaults Owners set the purchase limit that needs an approver and the bill discount cap in store settings. New values apply to the next bill; seller ID stays required.
- Set the slow-moving and dead-stock thresholds Set when stock is slow-moving or dead (30 and 60 days by default). The values drive insights, reports and the overview.
- Store security and segregation-of-duties settings Owners can require 2FA for all, set the void and refund limits that need an approver, and allow self-approval or solo mode. Saving asks for the password again.
